Beautiful house!

We truly enjoyed this house and property, right on the water! The beds were super comfy! There were so many generous extras provided and almost everything thought of! The only thing I would suggest is having checkout procedures available in the house, and providing pen and paper. We will definitely keep this place in mind for next time!

Our vacation at Vi La Mar was incredible. The beachfront views were spectacular - waking up to the sun rising over the water, wow. The bedrooms felt like we were in a hotel suite, but with tons more space in the living room for us to chill out after a day out in St Augustine. The kitchen was massive and the new appliances were a nice touch. I got a couple good workouts in the gym (and dominated the air hockey table in the movie room too lol) Being right on the beach with our own private beachfront outdoor space was the best part by far though, especially not having to deal with any next door neighbors around us while we relaxed on the lounge chairs and fire pit. We'll be back soon!

Wonderful beach escape

As an avid and frequent traveler, this was one of the best homes I have rented. Leading up to my stay the host was responsive and attentive to every question and concern I had. When we arrived I immediately noticed that the house was truly sparklingly clean. The view of the ocean can be seen from almost any part of the house, which is modern, beautifully decorated and has many comfortable areas to relax in or sit with a view of the ocean. There is even a screened in porch with chairs that I sat and read on in the morning while enjoying the ocean air and breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple types of coffees and generous snacks. The host even had multiple wine glasses which we enjoyed during our stay. There was a basket full of clean beach towels ready by the door to the beach as well. Truly, every detail was thought out. The beds were very comfortable, with clean crisp linen, and the blankets felt like down, warm and cozy with ample pillows in every firmness level. I cannot describe how lovely it was to wake up in a comfortable king bed to the sound of the waves crashing right outside my window. In the afternoon of our stay we enjoyed playing air hockey on the ground level and lounging on the couch facing the ocean. All in all, I am picky when it comes it rentals and this was one of the most breathtaking and pristinely clean homes I have ever visited. I truly recommend this home for a luxurious beach escape, suited for adults only or to enjoy with children.
