My sister and I loved staying at this bright and cheerful property. The location is wonderfully convenient to downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. I especially loved enjoying a morning coffee out by the pool with its lovely waterfall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It comfortably fit our entire family and my parents. The kids loved the bunk room and the pool of course! The fact it was heated was a nice bonus considering it was still chilly at night. The pool also has fun lights for a night swim! We brought our dog so the fenced in yard was perfect. We would gladly stay here again :)

Great Stay!!

Had my bachelorette party here and it was a great home! Very close to the airport so you will hear planes coming in and out about every 5-10 minutes. Pool was very nice! We recommend this place for group events, and families!!

The home is well appropriated with everything youā€™d need. I greatly appreciated having access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool area is very comfortable and the heated pool is great.

Great Weekend Getaway

Our family did a quick weekend getaway, and the Aqua Key Villa was perfect for our needs. It was in a quiet neighborhood and had a warm and cozy feeling. The property manager was very responsive to our questions prior to our stay. It was close to restaurants and shops. Will stay here again!

Soccer stay

We were three daughters and three parents from a soccer team staying for a tournament in the area. Great relaxing home to come back to after the soccer games. Perfect location for games at IMG.

Nice stay!

We had a nice 3 night stay w my wife and two other couples. Particularly enjoyed the pool. Very nice neighborhood - though SRQ overflights can be loud. A few minor problems w the condition of the house were discussed w the mgmt. Hopefully will be fixed.

Quick get-away

The house was very updated & spacious which was nice, plenty of towels/beach accessories! I would say the only negative is that there is only one bathroom on the main floor & it is located in the master bedroom Also it was very chilly so the pool never got warm enough for us to use it but it looked beautiful. Nice outdoor patio!

Family get together

We truly enjoyed our time at this multigenerational home. The pool in the backyard was crystal clear. and the gentleman that came to do the cleaning was great and very informative when we had questions.The kitchen was fully stocked for whatever type of cooking you would want to do with everything from a crockpot to two deep pot for doing a boil or sauces. There were forks and plates, cups, glass, and plastic. It was a complete set up for children, which we did have five children with us. The bedroom set up upstairs was really nice. It had a king bedroom with a private en suite bathroom a childrenā€™s room with a bunkbed, a futon bed and a pack bā€™ play. A queen room with the bathroom right next-door. There was a linen closet, stacked with towels hand towels, and washcloths. The in law kitchen was not stacked very well, but the refrigerator was a wonderful size as an overflow refrigerator for the main kitchen. The little fold out sofa in the in law quarters Was not too uncomfortable. The king bed was very nice it was a controllable bed where you could lift your feet and head with a controlling apparatus. Our main problem was, we could not turn on the ceiling fan in that room, and the box fan that we had for that room was very loud But all in all it was a wonderful space for us grandparents. The grounds were well kept, it was a nice neighborhood, was a very short walk to see the sunset. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
