Convenient to Ferry Beach State Park, Eastern Bike Trail, Saco River, Camp Ellis, Ocean Park and Old Orchard Beach. Fenced-in yard for kids, pets. Very short walk to beach. House can sleep up with 8 in beds, including 2 on a sleeper sofa. 1st floor features open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Kitchen includes entertainment ware, kids dishes, lobster pots + crackers, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher. Living/dining room has new flat screen TV, working fireplace, books, games, kids toys. 3 to 4 BRs, all with Air Conditioning. Huge 1st floor Master BR suite w/Queen bed + full-size sofa bed-- can convert to 2 rooms via French doors. Large 2nd floor BR w/ Queen bed, rocking chair. 3rd BR on 2nd floor w/ 2 twin beds. 1st floor bath w/ tub, shower. 2nd floor bath w/stall shower. Deck w/gas grill, patio set, 12 chairs. Beach gear includes 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, wind screen, trolley, toys, coolers. Wi-Fi, cable TV. Washer/dryer, iron, drying rack, hangers, 2 hair dryers. Cleaning supplies included. Beach, beach & family fun

We had a great time, the beach was clean and welcoming , sea shells were huge , the whole area was non commercial so very family friendly. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Great location . We even got to do a few puzzles and pickle ball. Highly recommend the whole area for the family .

Saco Beach Vacation

Excellent time at 135 Seaside! The house comfortably accommodates 6 adults and being dog friendly allows you to bring your best buddy too. Perfect location just a minute from the beach and a 5 minute drive to anything you need. Brian was a great host and communicated as needed, would absolutely return!

Excellent!

Excellent experience! The home is clean and you can't beat the location. Brian is very professional and welcoming. Our entire family enjoyed their stay and our Golden Retriever was comfortable and the proximity to the beach was a giant plus. The yard being fenced in was key so our puppy could play safely. The kitchen is brand new and beautiful and is fully stocked with every utensil and item you need to cook a meal. A very good experience for sure!

Beautiful Getaway Property in Saco, Maine

The house was beautiful and welll-equipped. Really appreciated the labeling of cabinets, etc. to let you know where everything was stored and the fenced in yard for our dog. Loved the ocean view from the back deck and the close walk to the dog friendly beach. Communication with owner was fantastic.. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Getaway

The house is well-appointed, clean and spacious. It was the perfect setup for our extended family and dogs with multiple eating spaces and a fenced yard. It is very close to the beach and includes all the gear you need!

Beautiful spot in Saco Maine

We had a great trip to Saco Maine and enjoyed our stay on seaside ave. Brian was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was very well equipped with everything you'd need from kitchen to beach. We really did have a beautiful stay and made some everlasting memories. My only gripe with the house were the stairs and the bed. The stairs were loud and steep making it hard to handle with a baby. The bed we stayed in was very noisy, any movement at all and it was very loud waking the baby so that was a bit difficult but didn't stop us from having an amazing family vacation. The private beach spot is just too good! Thank you!

Family trip to Maine with dogs

The house is located steps to the beach. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with a beach, quiet side streets and trails to take a long walk with the dogs and is central to Southern Maine and the Portland area. House is well equipped and comfortable and owner is great to deal with. We would recommend to others.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and kids, along with my parents. Perfect location. We walked the short walk to the beach every day. Nice proximity to a park also. Had a great time in nearby Old Orchard. Portland isn't far at all. The house was roomy enough for all of us, even on a rainy day. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed lots of seafood--made our own lobster rolls and loved Huot's restaurant just down the way.

FABULOUS cottage!

My family could not stop raving about this place! We used it for an extended weekend get-away to the Saco area. We have stayed in many places there throughout the years but this was hands down the best! We loved that we could bring a dog. The fenced yard was perfect for her. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening (and SEEING) the ocean. Perfect little walk to dog-friendly Ferry Beach. I could go on and on! My family is already talking about going again next year. Thank you so much Brian and Val! You have an amazing place!

This property was the perfect spot for a weekend away... highly recommended!

Having done 30+ years of "girls weekend away" every November - we have grown to the point where we decided to rent a home rather than get hotel rooms. This was our first experience, and an amazing one! From the beginning to the end, the rental process was seamless... the owner was very helpful and answered any questions that came along. The property had a warm and inviting feel from the moment you walked through the door. The rooms were impeccably clean. Aside from a couple of items that we already knew about to bring along, there was nothing else that was needed as everything was furnished... from the kitchen items, lots of games/toys for children, to the comfy blankets that they furnish. The view of the ocean with a short walk to the beach was all bonus land. Although we did not bring a dog with us, the fenced in yard that is provided for renters with dogs is wonderful. This house has charm and character and we will ask to rent it again for our next adventure! Highly recommended! THANK YOU!!

Great location to beach

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The down stairs is very comfortable and spacious and the owners provide plenty of puzzles and games. The bedrooms upstairs are a little tricky due to the slanted ceilings and layout. Plenty of beach chairs, carts and stuff to use provided by owner which is helpful and the fenced in back yard is great if you bring your furry friend. The beach allows dogs on leash and is private, clean and not crowded which is awesome and there are a couple restaurants in the area if you don't want to travel far for food out. Great base to make quick and easy day trips to Portland, Freeport, and Kennebunkport also and about 5 minutes to the old Orchard Beach strip and just far enough away from OOB to avoid traffic and noise.

Lovely place

We appreciate to stay at 135 Seaside avenue. The access to the beach is so close! The house comes with everything you need. We played with a lot of board games. We used the carrier to bring the chairs down to the beach. The place is so quiet and calm! Thank you Val and Brian!

Perfect for our family!

We were visiting with family from Florida and Texas and the ability to share a home with them was priceless. We had three generations together playing cards, games and enjoying each other's company. Having a first floor master suite was perfect for my parents. We loved the house and being close to the beach was great! Our only regret was not staying longer! Many thanks for sharing your home!

Gorgeous location and Spacious house!

My entire family including my fiancé, parents, and grandparents stayed at this lovely home for a weekend and we had a great time. We had everything we needed, pots, pans and cooking supplies, as well as adequate bedding. There was Wifi and TV to keep us entertained but the best part about living here was that there was a beach just a few yards away, which is where we spent our mornings and evenings. If I had any questions, the owner was available by phone and was very helpful.

Bring your pooch! We love dogs! Seasonal trolley serving Saco/Old Orchard/Pine Point beach area can be easily hailed in front of the house. Trolley service runs from mid-June through Labor Day. Beach gear included, so no reason to load down your car with bulky beach chairs and umbrellas. Cleaning supplies also included--just bring paper goods!
