You’ll love my place because of convenient location, pet friendly, large rooms, fully furnished kitchen with new appliances. Children are welcome. Pets are welcome. Clean, neat, and very attentive owners / managers

The condo was perfect for our 2 month stay. The location was excellent. The property was very clean and well appointed. The management and owners could not have been more receptive. The only downside to the experience is that the surrounding grounds are not very well kept. No fault of the owner but there should be some improvement on the part of the condo association.

Its was a great experience. I hated to leave. I would live there for a long time. The place was nice. The landlord was great. The price was great. I would recommend it to any one. Pet friendly which is great.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because it is located in Germantown, TN, a suburb of Memphis. I often say that the biggest complement I can pay to Germantown is that it is where my family resides and my children attend their public schools.

What makes this property unique

I originally purchased this property intending to do standard, unfurnished, 12 month leases. There is strong demand, for rentals, in Germantown because of the schools but very limited demand. I soon found out that a market existed for long-term furnished rental.
