It has been carefully designed as a spacious and comfortable holiday home leaving guests feeling refreshed by its bright and airy design. The ground floor has the most wonderful garden and sea views through large glass windows.

The first thing you notice when you enter this fantastic home is the spacious living room decorated with high quality furniture and large glass windows that allow you to enjoy the infinite blue of the sea and the beauty of the Greek sky throughout the day.
The ground floor also compliments a modern kitchen which leads directly off the dining area and is fully equipped with everything a comfortable home needs.
There is also a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs find three further king size modern bedrooms from which you can enjoy the sea view.

Lefkada, with an area of 295 sq km, is the fourth largest of the Ionian Islands and has a coastline of 117 km. The easy access to the island across a floating bridge has made it a favourite with holidaymakers.
This lovely undiscovered island offers fabulous unspoilt beaches all along its coastline and is a boater’s paradise with its multitude of satellite islands. Some of the best known beaches are Porto Katsiki, Kathisma, Pefkoulia( where our villa is situated). The Prinigponisa satellite islands are Scorpios, owned by the late Aristotle Onassis, Meganisi, Sparti and Madouri owned by the late national poet Aristotle Valaoritis.
There are plenty of attractions even for the more discerning traveller.
The long white beaches of the west coast are perfect for sun worshippers and family days out, and the crystal clear waters of the small coves on the east coast are a snorkeler’s paradise. Beautiful old churches dotted around the island, museums in Lefkas Town and archaeological sites close by are great for those looking for a bit of culture whilst on holiday.

Charter flights to Lefkada are available from many European countries including UK, Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and more. From Preveza you can either take a bus or taxi or rent a car to Lefkada.
ATHENS TO LEFKADA by CAR is approximately 385 kilometers. You can reach Lefkada by car, via the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland . By BUS there are frequent KTEL bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessalonica, Patras, and other major Greek cities. From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 4 hours. From Thessalonica, bus service is twice a week and travel time is 5 hours.
There are daily flights from Athens International Airport, to Preveza Airport and also from Corfu airport.
We are happy to pre-arrange taxi transfers from Preveza airport to the villa for you and give any advise on travel arrangements.

All services, air-conditioning, towels, linen, electricity, water, final cleaning are included in the price.There are no hidden costs.
Our concierge can arrange to meet you at Lefkas town or at Agios Nikitas village and escort you to the villa.

Villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Guests are requested to vacate the villas not later than 11 am on the day of departure
Will try to be as flexible as possible .This will depend on each individual case and other bookings.
If we are forwarded travel details beforehand we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times.
Luggage storage is no problem
