Clean and cute cottage that is comfortable and in a convenient location. Host informed us before we booked that second bedroom is in a loft and not suitable for young children. It was a little challenging to find the alley entrance at 10 p.m. when we arrived. We would certainly stay there again when visiting family in Fort Collins.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage a lot. The location was perfect in terms of being close to so many unique restaurants and the outside area was nice for having breakfast outside in the morning or chilling in the evening.

I give this property five stars all around. The patio and outdoor kitchen are by far the best features of the property. The bedrooms were perfectly acquainted. I could not be happier. The hosts were immediately responsive to requests for assistance and information. They were also exceedingly gracious. I highly recommend this property.

The cottage was a very cute, clean place to stay and was in walking distance of Old Town and the CSU transit center which was important to us. The oven that is listed in the amenities is a microwave convection oven not a conventional oven, if that matters to you. The space outside the cottage is very lovely to sit and have coffee or eat a meal. I would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was clean and well stocked with entertaining items, comfortable beds, and linens. Location was good, close enough to downtown without too much traffic. It might be smaller but the space is laid out perfectly and very cozy. I will definitely keep this location in mind for next time.
