Located in the Aurora Highlands our Cozy Penthouse provide you a relaxing experience on a home away from home. Total space is roughly 1000 square feet. Sleeps 7 comfortably, 1 parking space and street parking.

The building comprises three apartments: the top floor (this unit), the middle floor, and the basement. While the building shares a common entrance, each apartment has its own private entrance for your convenience and privacy.

Please note that the property is not handicap accessible.

This unit does NOT have a dishwasher.

This place was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space for us, and walking distance to a huge park, restaurants and shops, and the metro. It was a quick trip to the DC museums. The beds were SUPER comfortable!

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The attention to detail when stocking this apartment was great. Nice towels, good window shades, comfy beds! Well done. We enjoyed the easy access to the metro and the beautiful neighborhood that the apartment is in!
