Located in the Aurora Highlands our Cozy Penthouse provide you a relaxing experience on a home away from home. Total space is roughly 1000 square feet. Sleeps 7 comfortably, 1 parking space and street parking.

3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in unit. Private apartment with shared access. Wifi/Netflix included with all other utilities. Cameras for outside perimeter surveillance.
- ONLY a 10 minute walk to Metro
- 23rd Street and Pentagon Row within walking distance

The building comprises three apartments: the top floor (this unit), the middle floor, and the basement. While the building shares a common entrance, each apartment has its own private entrance for your convenience and privacy.
Please note that the property is not handicap accessible.
This unit does NOT have a dishwasher.

All doors are secured with personalized codes, ensuring that each guest has a unique access code for added security.
Other things to note
We kindly ask for quiet time after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
As this is an apartment, you might occasionally hear your neighbors. To ensure your comfort, we provide a sound machine and earplugs. If you require complete peace and quiet, we recommend considering a single-family house.
