The host double booked this place so I didn’t even get to stay at the place I wanted to even though I was the first one to pay for it, and the house that they redirected me to to stay at I had to pay extra for heating the pool and jacuzzi which was included in the rental I originally booked. Also the WiFi did not work at all and the service, and most of the doors in the house did not lock. They also said they made an exception for me that I could throw a gathering as long as it’s inside and then is now harassing me about having a gathering and demanding money. Never book with these people so unprofessional.
