Discover the Majestic View Beach House – an OWNER MANAGED, luxurious, newly constructed beach retreat offering everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Just steps from the beach access, this upscale 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom property boasts 10-foot ceilings, a private in-ground pool, and high-end amenities designed for relaxation and comfort.

Book your stay today for an exceptional family spring break or summer getaway. With quick and easy booking, simply select your dates, number of guests, and get an instant booking confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and not part of a college or high school group.

This property features a private in-ground pool (25’x13’, up to 6’ deep), surrounded by a large paver deck and privacy fence. Pool heating is available for an additional fee during Oct-May. The spacious, open-concept ground floor includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room.

Sleeping arrangements include:

GROUND FLOOR:
-Queen bed with SMART TV
-Bunk room with 2 twin-over-full bunks and a twin trundle, ideal for kids and groups
-Full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower

SECOND FLOOR:
-Master Suite: King bed, SMART TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, freestanding tub, and walk-in shower
-King bed with SMART TV
-Queen bed with SMART TV
-Additional full bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo
-Game Room (second living space) with a queen sofa sleeper, perfect for movie nights or extra sleeping space

Each bedroom and living area is equipped with a large SMART TV for streaming and entertainment.

FREE ICE: The home’s high-capacity ice machine provides up to 100 lbs. of ice per day, so there’s no need to purchase bags.

The expansive pool deck includes premium patio furniture and a Traeger pellet grill for grilling and smoking.

The property has parking space for up to 6 vehicles and no stairs are required for entry or first-floor access, making it convenient for all guests, though it is not ADA-compliant. This is a non-smoking property, ensuring a refreshing environment for everyone.

A $500 security deposit hold will be put on your credit card 2 days before your arrival date and will be returned 3 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.

Please be aware that all cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date are nonrefundable.

Wonderful Stay at Majestic View Beach House

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Majestic View Beach House. We have been vacationing together as a family for the past 18 years and this was our FAVORITE place we have stayed so far. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone, all the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool was great, ample parking, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach access was convenient. We are already planning our trip to Majestic View Beach House for next year!

Thanks for the 4-star review! We are a little confused about the rigid control of the thermostat though. Unless you are referring to mother nature? You had called about not being able to set the air below 74 degrees, and that was not the case. You had the air set at 70 degrees, and the temperature couldn't get down to 70 degrees because the heat index was over 100 degrees that day, I told you it would likely not be able to keep up with people coming and going, but you should start seeing the temp fall by evening time. That is exactly what happened. There is a schedule on the upstairs unit during the summer, however, it only adjusts 2 degrees during the daytime hours. I also let you know you could still manually adjust that thermostat as well. Please remember, on your second day, we received a call from a neighbor wanting us to be aware of an excessive amount of people on the property. When we arrived, there were 9-10 cars there with 2 of them parked in the right lane of the road and 25-30 people there. Unfortunately, per fire marshal rules, the property is to have no more than 18 people there at a given time (your booking was for 10 people). We appreciate you correcting the issue pretty quickly; however, there is no way the air can keep up with that number of people there in August.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and the kitchen fully stocked. 10’ ceilings on the main and 9’ upstairs really make the home feel welcoming. The high end finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen are a joy to use and we loved the modern trim and furniture. The pool area is wonderful and we opted to heat it, which made it perfect for use in March. I highly recommend this property and we hope to come back again!

Great senior/mom trip

We had a great time this week. The place has toms of space, and was super clean. One day the pool heater stopped working and i messaged the owner, and he got back to me right away, and came by and fixed the problem right away. Location of this house is perfect! Ypu can see the ocean, but dont have to be surrounded by all of the tourists.
