This cosy home is part of a block of flats located in a neighbourhood that was reconstructed during the restoration of democracy in Greece in the mid-1970s. Situated in the heart of Athens, amenities and activities are within easy reach, with convenient transport links in the area. Our home is just 11 minutes from Athens Railway and Larissa Station (Metro – Red Line 2), and 12 minutes from Attiki Station (Metro – Red Line 2 + Green Line 1). With your own convenience, you can come and go as you please.

This bright, cosy flat has space for up to four people. There is a welcoming, spacious hallway where you can store your luggage and take care of any last-minute details before heading out. The bedroom features a memory foam mattress on a 150cm wide double bed, complemented by retro-style furniture, and no TV, specifically designed for your relaxation.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, feel at home in our holiday rental. Enjoy a living room with a comfortable three-person sofa that can be converted into either a double bed or two single beds, a smart TV with access to TV programmes, Wi-Fi fibre-to-the-home internet (500mbps), and a double-opening glass door that leads to a small, relaxing balcony.
