*LOCATION!!!!!* Enjoy the heart of Austin in the South Congress Shopping & Entertainment District with just a 10 minute walk to shopping, food truck parks & more! Just 1 mile (20 min scenery walk) to ACL, Palmore, Downtown, bars, eating & sight seeing! 3.5 miles to UT Longhorns football stadium & campus! Enjoy our charcoal grill, bright light vanity or Pack n play/crib for your little one!
We treat our guest as if they are family. Everyone is welcome. Enjoy the home with respect & consideration:)
The space:
3 Bed, 2 Bath fully stocked house only 1 Mile to downtown. 3 Queen beds & 1 twin sized trundle bed! Self check-in, free parking & wifi, AC & Heat! Stay Suite strives to provide the best home away from home for you!
Guest access:
Driveway parking for up to 3 cars. (2 on the left side of main driveway, 1 on the gravel driveway at the backside of the house)
Electric scooters & bikes are available for rental in the neighborhood.
Ride sharing services are always available. South Congress shopping and restaurants are just a short 10 minute walk from the home. Downtown Austin is a 20 minute walk going over the scenic walking bridge.
Other things to note:
There is no ice maker in the fridge.

No parties/ late night gatherings. $1,000 fee, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Only 3 cars allowed. 2 in driveway parked behind each other on the left side to share right side with neighbor. 3rd car on back side by porch
No extra guests allowed other than originally booked for (unless approved. Just ask:-)) $50 per person for any extra guests that were not booked for

Great Location, sweet neighborhood, lovely bathroom

Really wanted an easy access location to explore the SoCo and S Lamar areas of Austin. This was perfect! Quick and easy walk or drive to everything we were looking for. Nice to have a washer/dryer and go home with all clean clothes.
