Welcoming and responsive host. The house was fully stoked and very clean. Tv’s in every room was nice and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a rental. Wr enjoyed the heated pool and sitting on the doc overlooking the canal. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay in Port Charlotte was excellent. The house is modern, well-upgraded, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the canal and watching the boats go by. The pool was perfect for swimming, with flexible temperature settings that made it very enjoyable. Herby and Deana were fantastic hosts, and we had the pleasure of meeting Deana in person and instantly connecting. Punta Gorda restaurants were just a short drive away and added to the experience. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

Great property! Pictures do not do it justice. Owners were excellent to deal with. Spacious and comfortable with a great canal view. The pool was perfect when we did not want to venture out to the beach.

The home was very comfortable with a great pool, dock to watch the sunset and everything you would need from extra blankets to space fans, fishing poles,chairs,bikes,ect. We had an amazing 2 weeks at the house. It was exactly as it said it was. Amazing location. This is our 5 house rental in Florida and it was by far the best one ever. We are already planning our trip back next year. If I could rice 10 starts I would have! The pool is amazing!!

This home provided everything needed to enjoy your stay here in Port Charlotte. The kitchen was stocked with extra coffee, spices, and condiments you don't normally get when renting. Herby the host was tremendous with his availability and communication. The ability to rent his boat is an added bonus so you don't have to leave the house to find a boat rental place. The pool was warm and clean and the Gulf beaches are a short 25min ride. Overall great stay!
