This incredibly beautiful home is ready for guests! Not only is this home steps from the ocean, it is completely renovated! If you're looking for a beautifully designed beach cottage, then look no further! 2 Blocks from the beach, including internet, TV, utilities, beach and kitchen accessories galore . High end finishes, soft close cabinetry, outdoor shower, large backyard including covered areas and a beautiful summer kitchen!

Outdoor seating, gas grill for outdoor kitchen. Both bedrooms are up a short flight of stairs. Master bedroom queen bed, second bedroom full bed, queen pull out couch in main living space downstairs. Blankets, towels, beach towels everything included. Several games as well. No detail overlooked!

Entire house and backyard space

2 blocks from the beach. Walking distance to several GREAT restaurants, coffee shops, retail boutiques,gas stations, grocery stores ( Trader Joes and Whole Foods )

There are several restaurants, shops , coffee shops, retail, and bars a short walk/ drive / or bike ride. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Bike shop on 1st street offers beach bicycle rentals

Several parks in very close proximity, grocery stores , shopping , retail , beach is 2 blocks away. Several beach items complementary during your stay. Bikes can be available for additional fee
Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of neighbors. Zero tolerance policy on under age drinking and substance abuse. No parties allowed! No smoking. No pets. Minimum age of 25 years old to book this property.

Beautiful 5 night stay. This beach townhouse is very homey and comfortable. If you love pillows, this is the place for you! I have never seen so many pillows in my life. Absolutely comfortable. The place was spotless when we arrived and fully equipped. Really, every need for enjoying the beach is provided for. Chairs, umbrella, a beach wagon, toys for the tots, etc. The kitchen is also very well equipped. It's obvious the owners visit the place and love it. I'm not one who is easily satisfied but I'm struggling to find anything to complain about. Did i mention the location, a short walking distance from the beach?

The check-in was a 35-minute nightmare after traveling all day. The code for the front door was not working. The host was not responsive via the app nor did they provide an actual phone number in the reservation. We had to call VRBO for help: the kind VRBO folks also attempted to contact the host with no luck. Half an hour later, the host was able to unlock the door remotely -- yay? -- but not once was there a token "sorry for the trouble" or "let me know what we can do to make up for this horrible first impression." The smoke alarm was ripped from the wall the lower level, and we never saw an alarm upstairs. Feels like a bit of a liability oversight.Property itself was comfortable and clean on the inside. The patio could use some TLC much like the host's communication style.
