Discover this 3-bedroom Colonial gem in the heart of Downtown Annapolis (DTA). Rarely available in it's entirety, this tranquil estate is an easy walk to the best of DTA.
The property boasts 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, a living room with 2 sofas large enough for the average person to sleep on and 4 bathrooms with 2 soaking tubs and 2 custom slate showers.
On the first floor find a cozy living room with 2 sofas large enough for the average person to sleep on.
Guests can unwind in the wonderful surroundings inside or out.
On the 1st floor enjoy perusing eclectic art from around the world. Take advantage of the high speed internet, game room with regulation pool table, 75" smart tv and a plethora of games for the borrowing. For those interested in testing their culinary skills, the chefs kitchen is ready for your talents, complete with a Jen-Air gas range with griddle, and all (or most) of the nessessary cookware + a formal dining room with seating for 8-12 to enjoy the gourmet meal and full size washer/dryer to wash drips, spills and linen after.
Outside, guests can lounge on the back patio in the array of comfortable seating, use the bbq grill (propane not included) & enjoy beautiful flora scattered among the multiple flower beds.
