The house is comprised of two bedrooms upstairs with a living room and kitchen. The downstairs has one bedroom with a kitchen area and access to the backyard and garage. A swimming pool has been recently added with a hot tub to relax after a long day at the beach. Come and enjoy this jewel on South Padre Island. The house is within a five to ten minute walk to the nearest beach access.
