This lovely, updated beach front condo at Villa Madeira on Madeira Beach has a great new kitchen! It comes fully equipped. The décor is tasteful and comfortable. Plus, the view from the large screened balcony is fantastic. The master bedroom has a door to the balcony too. The small den can be used as another bedroom. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle and you are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. Free internet service is available. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area.

Great vacation!

Perfect condo! Updated, comfortable, clean, lots of space. Loved lanai - huge with comfortable table and chairs and adirondak chairs, plus screened in. Condo also very quiet. Returning next year for sure!

We arrived and everything was was just as described. Great location on the beach and not overcrowded. We had a small issue one day and notified management. They were very quick to get it resolved and even called back the next day to make sure that we didn’t have any other issues. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Sunsets

Very clean condo, nice upgrades, comfortable beds and furniture. Fabulous sunsets and could not be more convenient to beach, just steps away!! Met some nice folks staying there as well. Did sunset cruise out of John's pass which included beer and wine and great music! Great group on the boat and a young couple got engaged. Rented beach chairs & umbrella which was lovely, although the lounge chairs at condo common area were very comfortable too!

Great stay!

Let me begin by saying the accommodations were wonderful! We so enjoyed the panoramic views of the ocean. The sunsets are breathtaking and believe me you won’t want to miss any of them. The condo is clean and very nice. It was more than roomy and perfect for us!!! Just a few things to be aware of and was told it was in the disclaimer but the pool was not ready. That was disappointing but I got over it because the area sustained so much damage from back to back hurricanes . The other mention is that every night we had no signal on the TV so we couldn’t watch television but we managed with out phone and laptop. Other than those 2 minor inconveniences our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything and hopefully we will see you again when everything is up and running.

Awesome view of Gulf. Nice balcony. For those flying in, do not stay here if you want chairs, beach towels and beach things for the kids Air went out twice One bath towel per person that we had to wash several times in our week stay with detergent we had to buy. No dish washing liquid, 3 dishwashing tabs for week stay 2 garbage bags for week stay with 5 people Key for everything was annoying for 5 people Just need to be a bit more accommodating. Otherwise clean property with great location.

Overall view was fantastic and the living area was clean and comfortable. The condo itself needs maintenance. The sliding glass doors in living area need to be replaced or fixed, weather stripping bad far right side. Aloud a lot of humidity in room, this made air conditioner work very hard. All vents sweated terrible! Someone really needs to address those concerns, Thank you

Outdated Condo

Condo was very outdated compared to photos and had an old, musty odor. The place had few furnishing compared to previous places we have stayed. Sheets are cheap, hotel like along with mattresses. King bed only had 2 very flat pillows. Bedding very outdated as well. The carpet was dirty and old, worn down. Would definitely never stay here again, should have taken the previous reviews more serious. The location and beachfront was the best part.

Just the Bare Minimum

The check in was a gaggle. The unit pretty clean, gorgeous ocean view. AC was loud, temp gauge was dysfunctional. But, loud washer and dryer inside a bedroom. One pillow, one sheet one bedspread per. No basics supplies. NONE. Not even salt & pepper. Most places w a little sense of. Customer service have condiments, beach towels, etc. Nothing here. Over priced.

Do not stay here

This place needs serious work. The carpet is filthy and has exposed tackboard to hurt your feet. The door to the patio does not lock. Kitchen chairs need replacing. Grout in bathroom is disgusting. Bathroom has mold in shower. As for the kitchen - I had better dishes in college. The location and view are awesome - it’s too bad. I would be embarrassed to rent this property to anyone! anyone!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Villa Madeira before but not in #305. 305 is in much need of updates. The carpet needs at least a good cleaning, if not replaced. The fan in the guest bathroom is really loud, but that could be because there is no cover on it!!! The master shower grout is disgusting. Not sure why anyone would put a bed in front of a closet? A stray chair that matches nothing pulled up to the bar that was not bar height???Why?? The master bath commode needs attention bc the water didn't want to shut off. Whole place needs fresh paint. I sure hope the homeowner will address the issues because it's a great place to vacation but felt let down. We had perfect weather and weren't in the unit that much.

It could use some updates in the kitchen- appliances, counters, dishwasher was installed crooked, and equipment. The owners must not be cooks. I am. There was no cutting board, no storage containers, platters or serving bowls, only one pairing knife. The chairs around the table are too low: the table is at your chest height. The couch's "leather look" fabric was peeling away in several spots. No premium movie channels on TV. No beach towels. How do you rent a beach condo with no beach towels?? I called the rental agency and they said they do not provide them because people steal them. Really? That's why you get credit cards. No where in the paper work did it say to bring beach towels. We were there for 2 weeks. I would have to have a suitcase just of towels. Luckily I have a friend who lives nearby and she gave me some. They did send over a cutting board and 3 pairing knives. You had to go to the reality office in St Petersburg to get and drop of the keys. There should be a lock box or combination door lock like every other condo I have ever rented.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most fabulous stay at Villa Madeira 305! The view is exceptional! The condo was clean and comfortable for our group of 4. The building is located right across from the cutest little breakfast/lunch spot called ‘The Sweet Brewnette’. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning finding all kinds of shells and sea life and heading across the street for breakfast. ‘The Candy Store’ is also right across the street with all your old fashioned candies,fudge and ice cream! It’s a short walk to John’s Pass with great shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed lunch on the boardwalk there and observed dolphins playing in the bay!

Resort Rentals team was helpful and easy to work with, location was perfect, and the unit was in great condition. Lovely furniture, well equipped kitchen, mostly updated, and clean. Amazing view from living area and master bedroom, lots of closet space, and well equipped with linens, fans, and amenities. Also within walking distance of many shops & restaurants. Best of all was that the beach was not overcrowded and is very well maintained. The building has a nice, decent-sized pool and a veranda with lots of lounge chairs if you prefer not to be on the sand. If I knew I would be working from home again next year, I would have rebooked for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view at this condo was great and that's what I expected to pay for. Inside is partially updated. Might be time for new carpeting or tile. There's room for a few people, comfortably, even though it was just the two of us. Easy access to the beach, pool and patio. You do need a key to access everything, but good security measures. Walking distance to John's Pass. The elevator was down for part of a day. Some minor repairs are needed, like a carpet strip from the master bath to the bedroom, the tacks are sticking through and get stepped on, Ouch, I layered a small towel over the area for the duration of our stay. Overall price was right for the view and the access to the beach, which was our number one goal for this vacation.
