The top-level great room features a wall of oversized windows for admiring the unobstructed ocean views. This comfortably furnished entertaining space opens up onto an oceanfront sun deck for effortless indoor/outdoor flow. There's plenty of room in the spacious kitchen for everyone to pitch in with meal prep. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a double oven makes cooking and cleaning up for large groups a breeze. One of the three primary suites on the top level is equipped with handicap-friendly features, and the home's elevator is ideal for guests with mobility needs.

Downstairs on the mid-level, a kitchenette with bar and table seating is perfect for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs. In the evening, choose between shooting pool, playing foosball, or just hanging out in the rec room downstairs, which also features a wet bar with full-size fridge.
