Welcome to the cozy and stylish living space of Scots Suite, where comfort meets charm. Relax on the comfortable sofa or enjoy a meal at the dining nook, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring downtown Maryville or visiting nearby Maryville College, just a short walk away.
House Rules

Thanks for staying with us. A few simple things keep everything running smoothly.

Registered guests only. Everyone staying overnight must be on the reservation. Day visitors are welcome with advance approval - just message us first.

No parties or events. This is a residential home, not an event venue. Gatherings beyond your registered guest count are not permitted and will end the stay without refund.

Maximum occupancy is the guest count on your reservation, including children and infants.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep voices down outdoors and noise inside during these hours, out of respect for our neighbors.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including porches and balconies. A $250 remediation fee applies if the home requires odor treatment.

Pets only with prior approval. Message us before booking with breed and weight. Unapproved pets are subject to a $150 fee plus any additional cleaning cost.

Please treat the home as your own. Normal wear is expected. Report any damage or maintenance issue right away - telling us early almost always costs you nothing.

No illegal activity, no firearms, and no commercial use such as photo shoots, filming, or sales events without written permission.

Check-in and check-out times are listed on your reservation. Late check-out may be available on request; unapproved late departures may incur a fee.

Great spot and host. It’s on a busy street so if you’re a light sleeper the traffic noise might be a bit much, but it has a beautiful view and is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and more.

Scot's Suite is a wonderful property. Very clean, well equiped, and nicely decorated. The exposed brick walls give the space great character. It is also walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the farmers market. I definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely great place. Just big enough for 1-2 people. Close to bar and coffee And of course. Tail of dragon is very close. Take happy valey to warm up tires and enjoy. Loved it. Will do it again.

The loft itself is very cute and conveniently located downtown, close to pretty much everything you need. The host was also very quick to respond. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on the floor, which was the biggest drawback of our stay and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The TV/internet was also very slow, with poor, blurry reception that made it difficult to watch anything. We were out exploring Tennessee most of the day, so the loft was mainly used as a place to sleep and unwind in the evenings.

We absolutely loved this place!! Great location with a great restaurant (Bella) below it. The food is wonderful. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance.We will definitely be back.

It was the perfect place. Right downtown and convenient to shops and restaurants. Scot’s Suite was super clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We loved it all and will stay again.Our host James was always available and very communicative. He was great to work with.

Very nice, comfortable, clean, well-appointed apartment in a convenient location. We loved being able to walk to the greenway and amenities. The only drawback was night time street noise.

Beautiful space in the center of it all

LOVED LOVED LOVED the loft on Main St, Maryville. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, modern and had everything you'd need for a few days stay. I was traveling solo but felt very safe there as well. No issues at all. The location provides easy access to exploring Knoxville or the surrounding towns. Great coffee shop close by and Bella's downstairs.

Cozy & Fun Location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bella, Bluetick Tavern, Vienna Coffee, the Blount County Library, and the Maryville Greenway were all things that we enjoyed experiencing and being within walking distance of. The room was clean, homey, and had everything we could have hoped for. James was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were expecting bad weather for our drive home so James helped us extend our stay by an additional day. Highly recommend!

This studio is darling & in a great location with a very fair asking price. It’s a cute, quaint space surrounded by darling shops and great resturants. I had an issue with the washer but the host credited me back a portion after messaging him when I left. I will say the biggest downfall is the street noise. If you are a light sleeper or have sensory issues, I recommend elsewhere. They do provide a noise machine but it is not sufficient for how LOUD it truly is.It is located very close to a fire station so you will hear the sirens a lot.

The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, plenty pillows, sheets and blankets. The host (James Caperton) was very informative, knowledgeable about the property and kept in touch with us.Parking was free right across the street and there were plenty good places to eat (to many lol…) the capitol ice cream shop is a must try!There are plenty shops and things to do in and around the property.We stayed four days and didn’t want to leave!
