Charming 3-bedroom house in delightful Ossipee with AC, WiFi

Experience Ossipee like a local in this 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 2 sofa beds, and 2 queen beds, this gorgeous property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of a washing and drying machine, AC, and WiFi during your stay. Relax in the two bathrooms equipped with a shower and bathtub. Relax on our deck with outside furniture or take a jacuzzi. Grill is located on deck as well. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Play a game of foosball in the basement. Back room and basement are not heated but we have space heaters to use! Our private lake is less than a 10 minute drive. If you’re looking to shop and dine North Conway is an 35 minute drive. Lake Winnepesaukee is about an 25 minute drive where you can dine and shop as well! Enjoy your time in Ossipee at our house.

***Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday!***

Usage of Boats is available ! Our boat launch on the beach is not accessible to renters but within a few miles there is a loading dock available to the public to unload. You can also find some boat rentals Within a few miles from the house.
Lake Ossipee is a large lake that has several sandbars to head too for the day and have some fun!

If you’re not interested in renting a boat we have our own private beach! A rope is set up for the perimeter for swimming. Picnic tables are available as well as a volleyball net and swing set! You can also bring your kayaks or canoes to use at our private beach as well as renting if you don’t have your own.

Great house

This house was perfect for a NYE getaway with friends. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Great location for tubing and the Pizza Barn.

House was pretty nice however a few things were overlooked. No paper towels or tissues, bathrooms were a bit messy, could have used a vacuum. Sheets on one of the beds looked dirty with stains. Hot tub was amazingly clean and so nice!

Awesome!!

Such a beautiful home! The beds were so comfortable to the point I need to know what the mattress is. The owner was so attentive and even let us stay another day due to all the snow and a bit cheaper than it would have cost. Thank you again!! We ALL loved your place!!
