Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Palm Coast retreat. Constructed in October 2022, this terrific house features upgraded appliances, 1 king bed, 1 full bed (with a trundle), 2 twin beds, 3 convertible sofa beds, perfect for families or groups of friends to relax and unwind or work remotely. Close to everywhere (Golf, Walmart, highway, Beach) but in a quiet neighborhood and free of hurricane.

Message me for “birthday specials”, “anniversary surprises” and “getaways”. Offer home office features for those who can work remotely.

Service animal is free of charge.

Please lock all the doors (front door, glass door and garage door) and turn off the cooktop when you are not at home.

I stayed for a week. It was a quiet neighborhood near golf course and shopping. Ill stay here again.

Nice property

The house was nice, located in a friendly neighborhood and spacious inside.The only complaint was the foam mattress, I just don't like those. It's hard to get comfortable. Other than that was well worth the price. Close to shopping, restaurants and a short drive to go walking on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Dear Tabitha, Thank you for your booking and review. Next time if possible I would appreciate please telling me anything we can address during your stay instead of afterwards. About the mattresses I recently added gel infused memory foam on all beds before your arrival. If you could pls let me know which one you don’t feel good I would have addressed the problem right away. I also already purchased new hard mattress for twin beds since I suspect those existing 6 inch mattress are not really 6 inch. Twin beds already have mattress, mattress pads and mattress toppers. I will add a firm mattress beneath. But that is just my guess. I would appreciate details. Thank you very much!

Location great

Stayed while in town for a funeral. House was big enough. Location was fantastic. Accommodations and furniture were lacking. What little furniture was there was very uncomfortable and cheaply made. Couches were futons. Mattresses were very very thin. All were too short for my tall family. Table and chairs only sat 4 comfortable and didn’t seem safe to sit on. Extra chairs were only folding chairs. Get some new comfortable furniture and this place will be perfect.

Thanks for the review. I took your suggestion before you arrived and I purchased the third convertible sofa, 2 mattress toppers and 4 comforters with cotton covers to try to serve 7 guests better. Given the price paid for the whole stay I have tried my best. I did not know you were concerned about seating safety. The benches and the table are solid wood. I don’t think they have any safety issues. I wish you let me know if you found safety issues. Btw all bed furniture is not cheap. They are mostly solid wood since that is safest free of chemicals. Thanks for your feedback!
