Enjoy the exclusive and friendly private country club lifestyle of Legends G&CC, a gated community with resort style amenities and lush gardens only 10 min from Fort Myers airport. The location has easy access to I75, which has you shopping at large malls and outlet centers within minutes. Supermarket and pharmacies only a mile from the gate and 5 min to the new Jet Blue ballpark. Be at beautiful Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches in 20 min and enjoy the wide range of restaurants in the area.

The condominium features an all new modern decor in a soothing soft gray and sand palette: cathedral ceilings in living areas and master BR makes the atmosphere light and spacious. All brand new furnishings down to the linens and dinnerware. Plantation shutters and fresh tile and wood laminate floors, no wall-to-wall carpet. French doors in the LR open up to the screened and glassed-in lanai, where you can relax and watch the golfers play the par 3 hole. The glass slides open if you want to enjoy the breeze and closes if you prefer the a/c. Ceiling fans in all rooms keep you cool if you want to turn the a/c off. New HVAC system and water heater installed in 2014 for carefree enjoyment at all times and new high quality windows installed in both bedrooms and kitchen 2016. Storm door which converts to a screen door installed at front door, which gives the possibility to create a nice breeze through the unit when the weather is right for it.

The condo comes equipped with all the little conveniences of home: 55'TV in living room, free wireless internet and printer/scanner/copier. The master bedroom has a king size bed with Beautyrest mattress for a great night's sleep, 32'TV, walk-in closet and a sliding door walk-out to the lanai. The en-suite master bathroom has newly installed quartz counter with his and her Kohler sinks, large corner soak tub surrounded by modern mosaic tiles, fully tiled walk-in shower and separate WC. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom is also a full bathroom with bathtub / shower and new sparkling quartz counter and Kohler sink. Kitchen comes fully equipped and has everything you need for your cooking and dining experience. Program the coffee maker and wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee! Pool and beach towels are provided and lounge chairs and a cooler are available for your beach outing.

The community pool is steps from the condo. The building has an elevator and designated covered parking for your use. A grill is available at the community pool for shared use. For a one time transfer fee, enjoy the benefits of our social membership which includes the clubhouse restaurants and large resort style swimming pool, activities, billiards and games rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center and 6 tennis courts. Golf privileges at Legends are not included: play the different courses in the area and find your own favorite. Reasonable greenfees and seasonal membership offered on a course 3 min from the gate.

Full month only in January and February. Shorter rental considered in low season. 11% Florida tax, $120.00 exit cleaning fee, $300.00 membership/lease transfer fee, are all additional.

Gorgeous and spacious Floridian paradise!

Upon arrival, hugely impressed by property entrance and lovely surroundings. In the condo, I loved the vaulted ceilings, tasteful decor and especially the delightful view over the par 3 hole! Kitchen was extremely well equipped, beds and linens quite comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. I can’t wait to return to this special place this December!

Clean and comfortable

Our family had a wonderful stay at Key Lime Breeze condo. It was super clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and happy. We loved sitting on the porch for breakfast. Maj-Brit was so quick to communicate and answer questions we had prior to our stay. Once we were there, it was so easy we didn't have any questions. Everything was very well organized and available. We visited over Christmas and there was even a decorated tree. ❤🎄We hope to be back another time!

Perfect condo and location.

We enjoyed ringing in the new year with our best couple friends. The condo was clean and beautiful to come home to each night. The view from the screened porch is gorgeous. The owners of the condo thought of everything! We even received a welcome gift! We lived this place.

Beautiful condominium

Beautiful condominium in a lovely gated community. Kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Plenty of supplies, towels, etc. Comfortable king sized bed. Spacious bath. Screened and glassed balcony was perfect for watching the golfers and wildlife. Delightful pool right next door as well. Everything we could have hoped for.

Beautiful Retreat

This beautiful condo is just the place to stay in the Ft Myers area. Clean, tastefully decorated, and includes everything you’ll need for your stay! Great amenities on property.....pools, restaurants/bars, workout room, tennis courts. etc. Really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai which has a great golf course view! Hoping to return!

Gorgeous Condo

We had the most amazing week staying at Key Lime Breeze. The condo is stunning and has everything you could ever want. No detail has been overlooked. The location cannot be beat. We visiting family at Fiddlesticks and loved being so close. The check in and check out process was so easy! The view from the porch is fabulous and everything was sparkling and super clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Keylime Breeze is simply paradise!!

Keylime Breeze is very well appointed!!! Maj-Britt has the finest towels,linens, decore is very calming. The view from the lanai, with a coffee every morning is a perfect start to every day!! Love to watch the golfers and listen to the birds. Walking in Legends simply breathtaking! I feel safe and so therapeutic. Meeting new friends poolside was so fun! Very close to the Everglades,which is a Florida must see!! Restaurants,beaches grocery shopping so close by. Can’t wait for our return after a cold winter in Toronto. This was our 2nd visit to Key Lime Breeze and it was every bit as charming and well appointed as we remembered. This comfortable, beautifully decorated condo is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need, often in duplicate! We had a wonderful visit, we have stayed here before during December ,but never in the summmer. We had a wonderful time. The place is very clean and well kept. It is decorated so cute and feels like home!!! We actually loved the evening showers, the sunset from porch was so beautiful and relaxing. We golfed in the mornings, pool and relaxed in the afternoon. The owner is always so helpful and accommodating!! We will definitely stay here again and I would recommend to friends and family.

Marvellous penthouse at Legends golf Fort Myers

We returned to Fort Myers and booked the same penthouse as before and were not disappointed. This penthouse is very well equipped and the quality felt during our last visit is still good. A warm welcome message was waiting for us when we arrived and we immediately felt as comfortable as at home. This penthouse is ideally located and everything is organized to feel good, such as the binder containing all the useful information, the addresses of good restaurants near the condo .... We have daily use the pool located just 50 meters (sorry we are French, 55 yards), always very quiet and very clean and water at the ideal temperature. As golfers, we enjoyed the many golf courses accessible in 30 minutes max. In conclusion, we had a wonderful holiday and will come back next year it is promised.

Terrific Time at Key Lime Breeze in Legends

We cannot say enough about the property at Key Lime Breeze and our stay at Legends. Maj-Britt's penthouse condo exceeded our expectations. She is a fabulous owner and takes great pride in keeping her property well maintained, beautifully decorated and clean. From the minute you walk in the door, you can tell the condo is set up to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Everything from Wi-Fi to a printer to a big screen cable TV to a book put together by the owner recommending restaurants and places to visit is included. The condo has a washer/dryer if needed and a fully loaded kitchen too. The bottle of wine that greeted us upon arrival also was a nice touch! (Thank you, Maj-Britt!). This condo has so much space that the photos actually don't do it justice. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all a good size, as are the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (complete with two twin beds) and two full bathrooms (including one with a jacuzzi tub.). The condo has central AC and there are ceiling fans everywhere to help keep you cool and comfortable. In addition, we really enjoyed the enclosed balcony overlooking the golf course. What a wonderful view! And again, we can't say enough about how clean and well maintained everything is. As "guests" of Maj-Britt, you also have access to just about all of the amenities Legends has to offer. Although the condo does not have rights to use the golf course, you do have access to the main resort pool (Each condo complex on the property also is adjacent to a smaller, community pool if you don't want to make the walk or drive up to the club house area where the main pool is located.), fitness center, pub and restaurant. The on property staff is friendly, courteous and helpful too. Although we didn't take part during our stay, tennis courts and pickle ball courts are available for use. Legends itself is so large and spacious, and a great place to go for daily jogs and/or walks. Legends also is in a great location, just minutes away from several shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the local beach. Very close to the airport too. To sum up, we can't say enough about how much we enjoyed Key Lime Breeze. We definitely recommend contacting Maj-Britt and booking your stay now. Thanks again for a great time!

Wonderful beyond words!

This was our second stay at Key Lime Breeze in Legends. Our experience there was as wonderful as the prior year. The condo is clean, comfortable, and more than well equipped. Maj-Britt is a delight to work with. The neighborhood pool is steps away, filled with friendly people. There is never a lack of things to do with nearby shopping, restaurants, beaches and golf. Of course all the things to do within the community.

Fabulous Vacation Stay!

Our stay at "Key Lime Breeze" was wonderful. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. One of the community pools is steps away from the condo, where you can spend the day with friendly neighbors. The owner, Maj-Britt is so accommodating and caring. Legends is centrally located to beaches, golf courses, sports venues, shopping, restaurants and highways. We are looking forward to our return to this terrific condo!

Fantastic Condo

It was now the 3rd time I rented this condo, and I still enjoy it. It's very clean, very well decorated and very well equipped. The location is very nice with a short walk like 50 meters to the swimming pool. This is a peaceful area with a nice golf view from the lanai. Everything is done to make you stay comfortable, with Internet access, cable tv, a binder with nice recommendation from the owner about restaurants, site to visits, golf course.... so all is easy. To make a long story short, it's impossible to find anything to claim about the condo and the Legends golf and country club.

Outstanding!

We have travelled extensively all over the world and have used VRBO many times. This was one of the cleanest, nicest condos we have rented. Immaculate in detail, this looks like a builder's model. It is incredibly well appointed with every amenity, and doubles of many kitchen needs. We lacked for absolutely nothing. It is beautifully decorated and the view across the golf course from the large and well appointed lanai Is lovely. Ceiling fans everywhere meant we had little use for the AC and a slider across the lanai screen meant that even if there had been inclement weather (there wasn't!) we had the use of the space. We were able to entertain and set a table that rivaled what I would have at home. Charming. Great hosts. Great location. Legends has great amenities, as well. It's a five star review, for sure!

OVER THE TOP

If you are particular about where you stay we recommend this LARGE two bedroom/bathroom condo. This has to be one of the most beautiful decorated condos in the Fort Myers area, sorry Marriott Resorts. The location was perfect for us as it is less than 10 minutes to I-75, resturants and shopping. The owners were great to work with and take great pride in there unit and it shows. Bring your cloths and I Pad and leave everything else home as it is here for your enjoyment.

Awesome Stay at Key Lime Breeze!

Our stay at Key Lime Breeze was wonderful! The owners were informative, supportive, and quick to respond to our questions. The condo was furnished with everything/anything you would ever need! The décor was fresh and beautifully done. . . as well as cozy and comfortable. The condo was steps away from the community pool (where friendly people gather)! The serene view from the lanai was beautiful and relaxing; but our walks on the lovely landscaped grounds in that Florida sunshine were awesome, too! We also enjoyed the trips to the area beaches and some shopping malls and great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Key Lime Breeze! Marilyn & Larry

A Wonderful Summer

Had never rented a furnished condo before and was very skeptical but needed a place to live for 3 months while my new condo in Michigan was being built. What a pleasant surprise! Key Lime Breeze was everything one could ask for. Not only was it beautifully furnished, it was also very clean and so well equipped. The penthouse view of lakes, golf course and palm trees was spectacular. Also Legends is a wonderful community with friendly people and many activities. I know because I owned a condo there for 9 years. The owners are so efficient and caring. Couldn't be better!!

Excellent location!!!

This is our 2nd time staying at Key Lime Breeze. It's never long enough! The condo is perfect in every way! Decorated so beautiful and comfortable!. We enjoy coffee in the lania every morning and a walk at the breath taking Legends Property. Everyday is warm and sunny,we lucked out. The owners are very accomodating and very friendly. Why they chose this property

After going back to Fort Myers for vacations year after year, it was time to make this the location of a permanent second home. Love the weather, the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, beautiful beaches, great golf and restaurants. And of course, the Red Sox baseball spring training games..

What makes this property unique

The Legends is a very well managed G&CC with beautifully manicured grounds, all the amenities one can wish for and excellent location close to everything. The 24 hr security -gated community makes you feel safe and people are very friendly. The penthouse condo with its cathedral ceilings and one of the best views of the golf course across a large lake, is like a little piece of paradise. It is wonderful to open the plantation shutters in the morning and see the palmtree leaves right outside the window, then walk out on the lanai with a cup of coffee and feel the breeze. We enjoyed redoing the entire decor and selecting all new furniture and finishings to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for ourselves as well as our renters and guests and we hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.
