The beautiful Villa is in one of the popular suburb in the city and is called Mosfellsbær.
It is just 15min from the city and 45min from the Keflavík airport.
It has view over small ocean bay with mountain and city view.
The Villa is in the hottest area in Mosfellsbæ in closed family street and only large houses build around.
Has 2 privat parking in front of the Villa and more just few steps from the house on the street.

In the garden is hot tub for 10-12 person and nice stone terrace.
The Villa is large almost 400sq feet and has 5 bedrooms with 3 WC,all with shower but the main WC has both shower and tub.
