The bright, open, remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, state of the art stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare a delicious family meal. Beautiful flooring throughout with comfortable modern furniture and the tasteful decor make this place a great home for your vacation. A large flat screen TV, 2 recliner chairs and a new leather recliner sofa in the living room. The large screened-in balcony is the perfect spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset after enjoying a fun day on the beach. The comfortable outdoor balcony furniture is great for entertaining, sunbathing and relaxing. All three bedrooms feature TVs as well. Both bathrooms are completely updated. The main en-suite bath features a large walk-in shower. You are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. John’s Pass Village is less than a mile away.
