We had a great weekend to celebrate my moms 70th. We had infants to 70 years old. The home was perfect for our group. There was so much space and the outdoor decks and hottub was amazing. We loved our stay!
Property is beautiful. There was construction going on, which I was not aware of, but the workers were friendly and it didn’t affect our stay at all. It was still peaceful and relaxing
Spacious, well equipped house in a convenient location just 4 mins from the edge of town and peak 9 shops. Shuttle service within an easy block-long walk. Hot tub was great, and the dining table easily accommodated our 11 people. Views from the house were very nice, and the family room couch and tables were great for family games.
We had a wonderful, picture-perfect Christmas in this idyllic location. The home was well maintained and impeccably decorated. The hosts were extremely responsive. Everything went as planned! We will be back!
This is an amazing home. Lots of great spaces to hang out in both inside and out. Love the views from the back deck. Wonderful lay out and bedroom set up.Might be nice to have a pitcher for water, tea, or sangria, but not a major thing at all. They had plenty of other dishes, serving platters, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
We stayed in the summer. The expansive deck got tons of use. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The layout of the downstairs is kind of screwy; you go through the bunk room, thru the downstairs bedroom, then you reach the downstairs kitchen and family room.

Fantastic stay!
Everything was turn-key (without the key)! The house was easy to get into and had everything we needed. We read about the lower floor layout being a bit funky, but our group is a bit funky and everything worked out better than we could have planned or anticipated. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable, the kitchen, dining room and family room configuration served us well. The heated garage and the boot warmers were a big hit! Kudos to the owners, the management team and everyone that supported us (even the hot tub guys), this was a real pleasure!

An amazing mountain retreat
This beautifully decorated vacation home was the home base for a recent girls getaway but would be perfect for multiple families. The house was amazing! Clean and well stocked with lots of amenities including a private hot tub. The views from the back deck are gorgeous and we even saw a Moose in the backyard on our first morning! The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of drawer space. The family room is warm and inviting and the fireplace was perfect to take the edge off of a cool fall morning. Very convenient to downtown Breck and the slopes. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!
4 families, 18 people, 5 great days in August 2019. There was plenty of space. The giant dining room table was great for big group dinners. Kitchen well-stocked with coffee-filters, spices, paper-towels, etc. Extra fridge/freezer in garage was helpful with big group. Quiet neighborhood. 1 mile walk to town. It was all good!

Room for everyone!
This place was great. There were sixteen of us, our kids, spouses and grandkids and everyone had a bed. The deck was great and so was the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of table room for dining. The place was very clean and plenty of towels and washing machines.
The larger the house the more likely cleaning is compromised. I get it. But for the amount of money being spent to rent the house itself as well as the steep fees (including cleaning), I feel like this could be stepped up. We are a family who normally removes shoes upon entering any home but when socks turn brown from the floor…..shoes were then worn inside. Carpet upstairs is in desperate need of shampooing or replaced.
The space is nice and view from the deck is amazing. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Garage use was appreciated but the driveway is super dangerous when multiple cars are parked there. Maybe some poles for guidance at the sides of the driveway? If you don’t clear it your car is done.
Other than one bedroom upstairs, this house is absolutely amazing! They had had a bad group before us, so the one bedroom wasn't cleaned as well as I know it usually is. I would recommend this property - highly!!
Stayed for a long weekend for a reunion with some of my high school buddies. The house was awesome, very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and great living room couch to hang out on. The deck and the views were beautiful and we spent most of our time out there grilling.
This home can hold a lot of people with plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful views from the deck and outdoor hot tub. Great bonus living room space in the basement for people to hang out. Right on the shuttle route to get you into town and skiing.
Fourteen people, four adult couples and six kids. My search for a house in Breck for our family retreat needed four private rooms and enough bathrooms to handle the crowd. The house was perfect! Plenty of room to sit and talk or get away for a short nap. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped. We loved the huge hot tub. And it's just a short hop to everything in Breckenridge. Couldn't have been better.
We were able to walk downtown in the middle of February or walk 200ft to a free bus pick up. Location couldn't have been better. The house has many levels and different hangout areas, back deck and hot tub areas were awesome. 5 stars, I'll be back to rent again!!
This was our second stay here for our annual ski trip and we loved it! Convenient to the shuttle. Several visits from moose and raccoons. Lots of space to all eat together or to go to separate areas.
Had a great time with a great location. Very comfortable for all.

The property was great and I would stay there again. I think it would be helpful in the check-in confirmation email if it would state to read the welcome binder at the property, which contained more than the niceties of area recommendations or simple information. I attempted to contact the owners through email, as it stated in the email confirmation to do, for some simple questions, and I didn't receive a reply. On the last day, I looked over the binder and not only found the answers to my questions but also instructions to CALL the owners or the property manage for any questions or concerns. Also, I assumed the pull-out couch was in the public area, not in another bedroom. But these are minor things compared to the location and beauty of the space. We had all of the amenities we needed at the home and enjoyed our stay.

Janet, we're so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at this home! We always encourage guests to reach out with any questions or concerns via the contact information found in your pre-stay email and upon your arrival to look through the house manual for specific information regarding your stay. Additionally, the homeowner provides a copy of the welcome guide two weeks before any check-in to assist in answering questions. However, we're very sorry if you found any of these materials to be unclear. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the location of the pull-out couch. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, this owner is accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we feel confident that future guests will be delighted. We hope you'll consider traveling with us again! Best, the Evolve Team
