Please do no clean fish on the property. There is a cleaning station at the fishing peer or clean them where you catch them.

Please do not park in the yard as we have sprinklers in the yard and when it rains it gets soft enough to get stuck in and tears up the grass.

Please take the trash to the road Tuesday nights for Wednesday pickup.

This adorable house was extremely clean. Most of the appliances were new. The bed gave me the best sleep I have had in a long time. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more. Will be back the next time we visit.

The inside of the property was very nice. I would suggest a fire ladder for the upstairs and bedside lamps. Entering the property was a problem. The code didn't work and the property manager did not return my call. The owner finally called me back AFTER I had contacted VRBO and they told me that the entry code had been changed. We were supposed to check-in at 3 and it was after 4 before we were able to enter the house.
