Wonderful updates and fresh décor plus a great view from your private balcony make this a spectacular vacation condo. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped and ready for some amazing creations! This condo has a washer and dryer for your use, laminate and tiling flooring throughout, free wifi and so much more! Building #4 is across the waterway from St Pete Beach so kick your feet up and watch the action go by! This building is situated nicely near one of the hot tubs on property, close to the BBQ area and is a very easy walk to the pool and beach access onsite!

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Girls Get a way

We were on the bay side. We saw Manatees and dolphins several times. It was jut a short walk to the pool and beach. Would recommend staying here.

40th Anniversary Trip

We had an amazing time...loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the nightly bands across the inlet. The box fan was a BIG hit. Kept us comfortable (on the balcony) in the summer heat.

Great stay!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this location. Condo is beautiful, had everything we needed. Loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the music from across the water. You do have to pay extra for parking and guests have to pay if they visit and no floaties allowed in the pool which is thought was strange. But condo is located close to beach and pool. Overall a great vacation!

Great place to relax!

Lands End has beautiful grounds and this condo was great! Listening to the music from across the inlet was nice. Everyone was friendly. The condo didn’t have any basic spices for cooking, and we assumed it would so remember to bring your own but other than that, it was perfect!

Spring visit

Lands End is a wonderful facility. We have had beach views and this year we had a canal view. We enjoyed both! This condo was somewhat dated on the furniture and was not as spacious as others. However, we had all we needed and enjoyed our week there very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lands End. It’s private and beautiful. The amenities are great and you are in a very convenient location. We really enjoyed our walks on the boardwalk and the beach. We loved the side we stayed on too. We saw manatees and dolphins. It was just amazing. The worst part was leaving.

Vacation Spot

The condo was updated and very nice! Can't wait to go back!! The only thing I would suggest is to replace the chair in the living it is very uncomfortable, so it didn't get used. I think another should be added. Other than that is was great place to stay!!

Relaxing time at Land's End 4-405

The unit is in a great location. Being on the canal side the sun was comfortable in the morning. In the late afternoon and evening, sitting on the balcony and listening to the music from the restaurants across the way was so nice. It's a short walk to the beach and pool. I recommend updating the living room furniture and the kitchen stocked with basic seasonings. The second bathroom showerhead needs to be cleaned for more force and water flow. I consider these little things compared to the benefits of the condo.

Our favorite place to visit

And the gulf is steps away. You can walk on the boardwalk, down the street or on the beach. It's a great neighborhood. We see same faces year after year.The unit this year was very homey & very well stocked with kitchen items. There is no problem with parking spaces.

paradise but not kids friendly!!!

Reviewer Comments: Thanks for letting us stay at your resort however, you should stipulate that this resort IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY at all and basically every rules existing in this complex is to prevent family with children to stay. i have been insulted and cursed at the pool by a racist old grumpy lady because my 4 boys were playing with balls. Even though i have spoken on the phone before booking the place with someone insuring me that my 4 boys will be ok with balls , they never sent me the " pool rules"!!! so basically no buckets , no balls, no toys , even plastic bags ( was the last resource as a toy) was forbidden. The pool nazis would come and check every single details and like they were so unhappy at a laugh of a child!!!!also for the beautiful tennis courts, you would need"tennis shoes".... really?? so my boys played barefoot because we had regular running shoes!!!! yes , the resort was beautiful, clean and spotless, perfect for old grumpy people with no life , and no hearts....I will not recommend this poisonnous paradise to none of my marvelous friends full of life and happiness!!!!

Reviewer Comments: Checked in on Thursday afternoon before a holiday weekend and rented here for 9 nights. the rental agent was as nice as can be and even allowed us an early checkin. The condo was well stocked with dishesm pots pans and glassware. even had a crockpot, a toaster, coffemaker and an electric kettle!We didnt do much cooking there,but it was nice to know we could have if we wanted to. There were games and puzzles, we didnt use them, but again thought it was a nice touch. The smaller bedroom had several beach chairs and unbrella noodles for the pool. The beach was a short walk and very secluded. We saw just a ahndful of people at the pool and the beach though it was a holiday weekend. Furnishings were nice, floors were nice and clean on our arrival. Pillows and sheets were decent, not luxury, but acceptable quality. If you are particular about your pillow bring your own like I did. Would have been 5 stars except for a few minor things- The place needs blackout cutains in the master bedroom. even with the curtains drawn, the morning sun shone right through these beige panels, and prevented us from sleeping past 7am every day. Much of the glassware, dishes and flatware needed to be handwashed before they were acceptable for use. Looked like a lot of the dishes were just rinshed off with water rather than washed with dishsoap.Finally, the place looked as if it was not rented for awhile before our visit, and though there was a small amount of dust on the nightstands and furniture, the baseboards and lamps in the bedroom were thick with dust. Otherwise this place was perfect and these are very easy things to remedy. Thanks to resort rentals and to the properly owner for making our vacation one to remember.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here. Saw a dolphin swim up the bay. Saw a sea turtle swim down the bay. Being on the bay was great, as the water was just feet from us. The beach was great and not crowded like what we saw in Clearwater. Hope to come back.
