This comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at Land’s End is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! Light and airy unit with pastel colors and comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and you will also have your own washer and dryer in the condo for your use. This condo provides you with views of the Intracoastal Waterways where you are bound to see dolphins passing by and boaters heading out to the Gulf. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. We absolutely loved our stay at Lands End. We did not want to leave. Best vacation. The location and resort are perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable. One negative was that the unit did need some essential cleaning supplies such as a dish/pan scrubber and basic kitchen products such as pepper/salt, coffee filters, tinfoil, The unit did have lots of cooking supplies. The beach is never ending and perfect for walking and shelling. The Pool area is large , gorgeous and has lots of seating. We thought residents and guests were friendly and welcoming. I hope we can return!

Great Place to stay

The condo was renovated and the appliances looked like they had barely been used. Great memory foam mattress. The bathroom could use some extra towel hooks, the washing machine, didn't sound like any machine I'd ever used, but, the property and location were top notch. Would stay here again!

Lovely secure property

Clean, convenient, hospitality wonderful Will return visit! Only thing missing were small lawn chairs for beach and dishwasher detergent or dish detergent and trash bags which I didn’t bring but bought at store! Would definitely do this site over again! Wonderful vacation!!!

Excellent with lovely amenities

We loved our stay here! It was close to the beach with a beautiful view of the bay! The only thing that could have been better was that the place could have been dusted. It was definitely neat and tidy, but it could have used some attention there along with the temperature being way too low when we first arrived- it was like 62. Otherwise, we absolutely loved it and would stay again.

2018 Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. The only problem we had with it is that the sheets did not fit the bed and would come off and bunch up under us, which didn’t make for a great nights sleep. The carpet needs to be cleaned in the living room also.

The location was perfect. The check in was not clear.

We had to go to the rental agency to get the code to open the door. The lady at the agency was very put out that we came even though it was not clear to us how to get the code. The rest of our stay was wonderful.

Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I wanted a relaxing, quiet place within walking distance of the beach and this was exactly what we were looking for. Positives - The Lands End condo area is very nice. It has a lot of recreational opportunities. There is also a wooden walkway that runs parallel to the beach perfect for a stroll. - The location at the end of Treasure Island made it very quiet without a lot of traffic and noisy neighbors. - It was also close enough to restaurants and other activities that you could get out if you wanted to. - The condo itself was nice with a kitchen that had what we needed to make our own meals. - The porch had very nice chairs to sit on and enjoy the sunrise, bay view, coffee and a good book. - The best part for us was the short walk to a beautiful beach. It wasn't very crowded and the water was gorgeous. Things to consider before your stay- - This place was perfect for us. We don't expect luxury when we go to the beach. The condo had all that we needed but was a little dated inside. Don't get me wrong- everything was in good shape- just could use some updates. - The view off the patio isn't great- a public parking lot with a dog beach. It was a good place for people watching but if you want a more peaceful view- go for the beach view. I am sure this is also why it is a little less expensive which worked for us. - It could be a little cleaner. We found chips and crumbs under the couch that were not ours. We would go back again for sure.

Thanks for your review! I appreciate the high numbers and kind comments. Building 1 is on the Intracoastal side of the property so it is a bit farther from the beach than the Gulf front buildings. Still no streets to cross though which is a big plus. Sorry the weather was uncooperative but I assure you it is rare to see the surf rough. In fact we are normally known for our calm waters. I hope you are able to revisit our area so you can enjoy a better forecast. Thanks again!

Lands end Sept. 2021 vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many changes since 2019-a $30.00 parking fee! I love the area and have stayed at Lands End many years-it's showing it's age in some areas. Condo 202 was not clean and certainly had not been cleaned for COVID. Carpet needed shampooing, furniture needs cleaning,doors around door knobs very dirty, kitchen floor and counters sticky,very dusty,blankets dirty-Resort Rentals is a friendly and professional company-love them-but the cleaning operation is terrible. Check things out before you stay.

Dirty

When I arrived the place was dirty, there was syrup large amounts in several places on counter tops. Spot of blood on cupboard front by fridge, pee at base of toile, carpet was filthy. Washer had king sized mattress pad & several bath towels in it. I had to rewash in 2 loads. Dryer had king size sheets & kitchen towels that had to be folded. No adjustment made in cleaning fee. Offer to have service come back. I did not want them in condo with my belongings to so another poor job. I mean the counter tops weren’t even clean dishes in dishwasher for who knows how long. They did fix the door to washer & dryer promptly, it was jammed shut. Lovely area & condo but I wouldn’t use Resort Realty again

Surprisingly Disappointed This Year ......

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management, check in process was exceptional. I have stayed at Lands End each and every time that I have visited the area. The property and location is beautiful; the unit itself was disappointing comparatively. The unit was very dated, the carpet is very stained, the inner curtain of the shower had mold, the drawer in the bedroom was hanging off of the nightstand, we found two cockroaches in the condo and the ceiling fan in our unit did not work. Comparatively to recent stays, especially given current economic conditions and the heightened sensitivity around sanitation it did not feel welcoming. Very disappointing given a reschedule due to Covid earlier in the year and making the trip up to avoid losing the funds paid to visit this location in response to the pandemic.
