This was a great stop for our one-night stay in Winston-Salem. Everything was very clean and the host communicated well. The furnishings are simple and no-frills - if you're looking for a luxury stay, this isn't for you - but it worked very well for us!

I recently stayed at this vacation rental in Winston-Salem and had a very positive experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of the property is its location. It’s just a short drive to Wake Forest University, which made it incredibly convenient for campus visits, events, and exploring the surrounding area. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, while still being close enough to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.The owner was excellent to work with from start to finish. We loved having so much room while helping our son move in and get adjusted to college. My husband ‘worked from home’ at the dining table, I did laundry and our two sons played darts and watched Netflix. A true home away from home. The home was clean, communication with the owners was super quick, the property backyard was huge and we enjoyed the privacy that provided. Would definitely stay again. It’s very close to wake Forest but we needed a car to get to wake and restaurants. Would definitely stay again’
