Welcome to this brilliant, 2400 sq ft newly constructed home in Maya Beach on the Placencia peninsula. This warm, serene property boasts 3 roomy bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twins on top. It sleeps 10 comfortably with guest bathroom and master on-suite. This property has a fully equipped kitchen complete with island and bar stools, QLED TV, WiFi, AC, washer and dryer. There is a two-car garage and launch ramp for water toys, complete with fishing gear, toys and towels. Enjoy beautiful sunsets with views of the Mayan mountains and a 5 minute walk to local Maya beaches, restaurants, pools and attractions. It is an 8 mile drive to downtown Placentia.

We fell in love several years ago with this beautiful and warm area of the Placentia Peninsula. There is a mellow vibe with lovely, friendly people and a ton of outdoor activities to take part in. There are various eateries and bars to choose from to satisfy your palate. You are guaranteed to have 24/7 pleasure and relaxation!
What makes this property unique
You will enjoy the best sunsets on the peninsula here with the soft, subtle sounds of the water. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming to add to the good vibes.
