Stunning, luxury residence conveniently located in Estoril just a few steps away from Centro de Congressos. One of 3 tastefully decorated large floors with a unique layout, Chalet's intrisecate design is perfectly showcased within this 120sqm contemporary ground floor. Custom-made furniture brought in directly from the UK, rich and colourful textures all throughout the flat and a very special lighting system are some of the purposely thought-out details to enhance your stay in this location.

Due to professional reasons we tend to split our time between the UK and Portugal. Therefore, when we're not around we've asked Francisco and Bernardo, both hosts as well, to assist during your stay at the Chalet. They are available 24/7 for any enquiries relating your stay through email or text.

• Option to choose from two single beds or a king size bed
• An access code to your residence will be provided after successfully completing the reservation
• A security deposit of 1000€ will be requested upon arrival (both cash and credit card are accepted)
• Security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after successfully inspection of the residence
• City tax will be collected upon arrival (1€ per person/per night for the limit of 7 days)
• As per Portuguese regulations, we will be required to ask for every guest's passport details upon arrival for immigration and borders control
• Late check-in fee of €15 applicable after 9PM
• Smoking is only allowed in the front garden
• One parking spot is available per reservation
• The residence must be cleared off of any rubbish before check-out. There are rubbish bins available to the left of the Chalet (next to the traffic light)
• The Chalet consists of 3 independent residences. Please be considerate of any loud noises from 10PM onwards
