Nice Home in Desirable Neighborhood with HUGE private backyard

Our two bedroom home is right across the street from Mayfair Park. Mayfair neighborhood is near Montclair, Cherry Creek, and other desirable neighborhoods. Quiet and safe! Nice kitchen. HUGE private backyard with bbq and fire pit. The home has been modified recently with granite counter tops, new appliances, wood floors. *Pets considered with additional fee, must message me prior to booking for approval.

The house can sleep 6 (2 bedrooms and blow up mattress upon request). Hi speed internet.
Walk to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay in December. Jessica even put up a Christmas tree for us! We found the location to be extremely convenient to the places we wanted to go and events we wanted to attend. Our son lives in the Cap Hill neighborhood and it was only a 10 or 12 minute drive. The Cherry Creek shopping area was not far away and very easy to find. Grocery stores were also close by. We discovered some great restaurants as well. We loved the spacious kitchen and found it to contain all of the essentials. The appliances were quite new and all were in excellent working order. The counter space was amazing and much appreciated for meal preparation. The gas grill was large and we were blessed with very mild weather so we grilled on Christmas day. The living room furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed stretching out and watching our favorite Christmas movies. The afghans and throw pillows added a homey touch. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and linens. The neighborhood was quiet and the fenced in back yard with a fire pit was more than we had time to enjoy. There was also a park about a block away. We plan to stay in this great home again!

This house is a gem in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood, close to plenty of establishments

The house has everything one could want! TV was a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Roku if you’re inclined to stay in. The master bedroom mattress was incredibly comfortable. The house was incredibly clean. The weather was comfortable which enabled us to take advantage of the backyard in the evening. I’d definitely recommend this location.

HOW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BECAME MY PASSION:
Because our growing family needed more space, we decided to rent out our two homes near downtown and move out to the suburbs. I found myself enjoying hosting so much that I was eventually asked by friends with rentals to help manage theirs. As someone who travels quite a bit, I incorporate my high level of standards of what I expect in a nice hotel into all of our homes. My ultimate goal and passion is to help our guests get as much out of their visit as possible, as there's just so much to offer in this unique and beautiful city. We really hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do.

*I have contracted a translator for French and Spanish speaking guests to help arrange accommodations, if needed.
