Fine except building and neighborhood noise.

Overall the apt was as described. But the noise of the neighborhood and building was not good at all. Since you mention in the listing that there are noise restrictions, I would urge you to speak with whoever plays the constant repetitive bass beat music very loudly on weekends. It was very challenging to sleep. Also the apartment is not very soundproof. Otherwise it was fine.

In any downtown apartment or hotel, some street noise or sounds from neighbors are to be expected, particularly with open windows. However, closing them significantly reduces the noise. Had the guest informed us about the loud music, we would have promptly addressed the issue with the neighbor. This is the first noise complaint we’ve received, but we will continue to monitor guest feedback.
