Close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay - we were in town for the Missouri Valley menā€™s basketball tournament, and the location is perfect! Itā€™s easy to begin and end your day at the fan hangout in Ballpark Village, and ā€œhomeā€ is just a few steps away!

We stayed at Ballpark Heights for the location. Walkable to The Arch and Ballpark. Parking garage on the adjacent block. The studio was comfortable for two but no more. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed for a two night stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is excellent location for many downtown attractions. The studio was as described, however, we were not able to get television reception or Wi-Fi for the entirety of r stay. With severe thunderstorms in the area this was concerning, especially with a tornado a couple of days earlier. We had no way of being adviced on conditions. Also, parking is an issue and costly. I would think The Landing could work with the parking garage across the street on a slight discount for multiple night stay. We went to the rooftop for television connection, the air condition was off and no toilet tissue in either bathroom, while indoor televisions worked well the outside did not. I am not a complainer but after getting what we thought was a good room rate then having various fees added on I felt the need to voice my opinion on these concerns.

Hi Joycelyn, Thank you for sharing your experience. While weā€™re glad our downtown location met your needs, weā€™re truly sorry for the Wiā€‘Fi and TV reception issues, especially during severe weather, as well as the rooftop and parking concerns you encountered. Reliable connectivity and clear communication are essential, and weā€™re already working with our service providers and rooftop maintenance team to ensure these issues donā€™t recur. Weā€™re also exploring partnerships with nearby garages to secure discounted parking for multiā€‘night stays and reviewing our fee transparency so guests feel confident in the total cost. We appreciate your feedback and hope youā€™ll give us another opportunity to provide a seamless stay and demonstrate the improvements weā€™re making. The Landing Team
