Charming super clean 1-bedroom house with WiFi heat and AC in tranquil Roseville

Unfortunately, I would not host this guest again. His original reservation was for four nights, and the only communication or interaction I had with him was upon his arrival regarding a parking issue. After that, he was left completely undisturbed for the remainder of his stay. My check-in instructions clearly state that guests may not park in or block the driveway, and that there is plenty of street parking available. Upon arrival, he parked in the driveway. The tenant in the main house politely knocked on the door, asked him to move his vehicle, and even showed him an available parking spot directly in front of the property. He moved his vehicle but unfortunately repositioned it in a way that blocked the driveway.I attempted to reach him through the Vrbo app simply to ask him to pull his vehicle forward, but he did not answer. I then went to the property myself and politely asked him to move the car so the driveway would remain accessible. There is a Ring camera at the front entrance, and these interactions were captured on video, documenting that both the tenant and I spoke to him politely and respectfully.Following that initial parking issue, there was no further interaction with him. He was left entirely on his own. He then unexpectedly checked out a day before his scheduled departure and sent me a message demanding that I never call, text, or email him again. He also claims that I sent someone to take the garbage bin out of the backyard, which is absolutely not true
