The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Instructions will be added to the email and will be on the kitchen counter when you arrive. I will send ADT & Nice app to you to download on Saturday.
Please only remove sheets from the beds and dirty towels. Please put them in showers.
Please put all dishes in dishwasher and start on energy saving mode. Please put trash in white bins on the side of the house. If you have more trash. Please put on front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Harbor curfew - No noise after 10 pm outside.

We had a lovely week! House has everything you could possibly want and was clean. The screened in porch with a view of the ocean was our favorite spot. Enjoyed sitting on the dock everyday and nighttime pool tournaments. We ended each day with a soak in the hot tub. You do hear the guests at the restaurant next door but it didn't bother us at all. The owner was great to deal with, I highly recommend this spot.

Everything here was incredible! The house was great and so was the host! Jill went out of her way to make things special for us as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with our family. The scenery was beautiful. The house was immaculate. We had such a great time and made so many memories. There isn't a rating high enough to express how we felt about the house and the host!

Beautiful home and views

The house exceeded our expectations! Everything was well appointed, beds were so comfortable, bedding and towels were quality, and plenty of comfortable seating-inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and more. The views from the porch and from the dock were just beautiful. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were big hits! We loved having Reid State Park just down the road too, and used the provided park pass daily.Also loved the birds and chipmunks visiting in the yard! So much fun to watch. Communication with Jill, the host, was easy and she responded immediately. The Maine treats left for us were a delicious touch! This was, by far, our favorite vacation rental!

From our "Point of View" this is one of the most wonderful homes in all of Maine. From the beautiful home to the unbelievable views to the dock on the bay to the kayaks to the basement game room to the solo stove firepit and hot tub and sauna to the amazing Reid State Park beach up the road to the authentic and delicious Five Islands Lobster Pound 5-minutes away.... we couldn't have asked for anything more for our family vacation to Maine.... we even cooked mussels that we harvested off the dock with a recipe shared by our host, Jill! Jill was super responsive to our questions and text messages and her attention to details and hospitality practically made us feel like family. We didn't want to leave and are already planning our return to the wonderful Georgetown Island! Thank You, Jill!
