Perfect getaway!

Very convenient and comfortable. Loved the Biscuit Factory just around the corner for breakfast! Was able to just walk to our favorite restaurant for dinner--the Hole in the Wall!

Apalachicola Perfection

We enjoyed our stay at The Swan so much we called 3 days in and asked if we could extend! Wonderful amenities, perfect location. Kathy @ Robinson Fishing Charters organized a wonderful bay fishing trip for our family, also. We will definitely be coming back!

Kathy was fantastic as was the location. Right across the street from a great fish market where we often bought fresh shrimp and grouper. Hardly ever had to use our automobile as everything was within walking distance, including the local Piggly Wiggly.

Condo was an excellent value for money! -Overall impression - beauitful, upscale, and quiet place to stay. Will be at the top of my list for Apalach in the future! -The kitchen was large and well appointed. We cooked almost every meal we ate in Apalach in it. -Beds were comfy, and rooms were a nice size, with walk in closets. Bathrooms were lovely (esp. the master bath!) - The porch was nice to sit on and watch the sun rise. - Elevator was nice for transporting bags, and would be a great feature for anyone who has mobility impairments. - Perfect location in the heart of Apalch. Apalachicola is a great place to visit! Great seafood, friendly people, lots to do.

Memorial Day Weekend. Everything was nice except for ice house across from us was extremely loud, could not enjoy sitting outside. Coffee pot should be thrown away, since it was falling apart. Bring your own toilet and paper towels!

Great View and Great Location with a laid back vibe!

My husband recently retired and we decided to take a road trip throughout the state of Florida. Apalachicola was a first time for us and we loved it! The "Swan" was very clean, comfy, and cozy! Kathy was great! She was quick to respond to any question we had and she had several suggestions for us to enjoy our time out and around town! Our dog was very happy and enjoyed how pet friendly this quaint little town is. We also had a really nice day going to St George Island. Can't wait to come back for a girls trip!

Came down for a quick weekend to join some friends at the BBQ competition. convenient location. nice layout. the cafe downstairs has AWESOME breakfast burritos! there's live music a block away at night. (You can't hear it inside). wonderful place, highly recommend. and Cathy was very friendly
