Excellent cabin. Fun hiking trail. Pet friendly. Very clean. My husband completed the Northville Placid trail and this was a great location for celebration.

This was our third time staying at the river life property and it was yet another beautiful stay. We have to travel to Vermont every year to drop off/pick up our daughter from camp and always make sure to book a stay here! I want to highlight how much is really provided for you at these cabins. From Inside to out it is thoughtfully stocked, weather you need a couples vacation, time with family, or like us some place beautiful and easy to stay during a long road trip. Inside they leave many nice welcome baskets and gifts, even some treats for the pups! Forget a lantern? Don't worry there's one provided! Multiple ways to make coffee, even a stack of filters. Need fire wood? They provided a complimentary bundle and they have plenty for sale a quick few steps from the cabin. They provided every basic kitchen and bathroom item, which makes it so nice on being able to pack light for the stay. The property it's self is just perfect! Games galore in the recreational area next to the river. They expanded the trails since we were last year giving lots of places to explore the rivers edge and take a leisurely morning walk with the pups. The addition of the hots tubs was a great touch, especially for those of us that spent a lot of time in the car during our stay!! Thank you again! We will be back next year!

The water level in the river fluctuates throughout the year, with it being very high in the spring to lower at the end of August, especially this year with the drought we are in. For people interested in booking in the future and are wondering what the river condition will be like during your stay, please send a message and we can let you know depending on the dates you are interested in.

Spotless clean and very serine. Everything you need in a thoughtfully designed cabin. Even firewood for purchase on the property. Making a fun night super convenient Although you have everything you need to cook, there are also a few great restaurants not far away. The small hiking path on property was, darling. We enjoyed hearing the river and reading all of the fun signs. Our hosts were kind and we are sure to return again and again.

Absolute Perfection in Hope, NY! The Ultimate Cozy GetawayMy mom and I just returned from an incredible weekend away at this cabin, and it truly was perfection. The cabin itself is clean, beautifully updated, and absolutely adorable.While the stunning view was a definite highlight, I have to dedicate a moment to the most amazing part of our stay: the beds. The owner has clearly invested in top-tier comfort. The sheets are soft and warm, the pillows were like clouds of love, and the comforter hit that perfect warm-to-cool-to-cozy ratio. We slept better here than we do at home!Beyond the exceptional comfort, the cabin offered way more amenities than we expected. From high-quality coffee supplies to luxurious soap, the hosts truly thought of every single detail.The host communication was great, the overall value was fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this gem!
