The water level in the river fluctuates throughout the year, with it being very high in the spring to lower at the end of August, especially this year with the drought we are in. For people interested in booking in the future and are wondering what the river condition will be like during your stay, please send a message and we can let you know depending on the dates you are interested in.

Spotless clean and very serine. Everything you need in a thoughtfully designed cabin. Even firewood for purchase on the property. Making a fun night super convenient Although you have everything you need to cook, there are also a few great restaurants not far away. The small hiking path on property was, darling. We enjoyed hearing the river and reading all of the fun signs. Our hosts were kind and we are sure to return again and again.

Absolute Perfection in Hope, NY! The Ultimate Cozy GetawayMy mom and I just returned from an incredible weekend away at this cabin, and it truly was perfection. The cabin itself is clean, beautifully updated, and absolutely adorable.While the stunning view was a definite highlight, I have to dedicate a moment to the most amazing part of our stay: the beds. The owner has clearly invested in top-tier comfort. The sheets are soft and warm, the pillows were like clouds of love, and the comforter hit that perfect warm-to-cool-to-cozy ratio. We slept better here than we do at home!Beyond the exceptional comfort, the cabin offered way more amenities than we expected. From high-quality coffee supplies to luxurious soap, the hosts truly thought of every single detail.The host communication was great, the overall value was fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this gem!
