The best value in Carolina Beach: a second row price with a pristine view and easy beach access. Completely unobstructed ocean view from this second row, third floor Condo. This is a 3 story walk-up with no elevator. Great exercise -- and the view is well worth it once you get there.

Access the private deck through two sets of sliding doors: one from the living room and one from the primary bedroom (go to and fro without disturbing the group). The top floor view gives you a front row seat to both beautiful sunrises and lovely night skies, with enough space and seating for your entire party.

Bring the whole crew: this condo sleeps six. Enjoy a high quality queen size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room, and two comfortable twins in the spacious second bedroom. The two full bathrooms allow big groups to get ready faster. An efficient kitchen and large dining area make it easy to enjoy your vacation meals, whether you prepare them yourself or have them delivered from one of the great nearby restaurants. Brand new flooring throughout in Fall 2025. Kick back for some TV time or a bit of reading to recharge your batteries on the living room’s comfy couches.

The sliding door in the second bedroom leads to a balcony overlooking the pool and canal (the historic and beautiful Intracoastal Waterway). Watch the boats float by and enjoy the sunset. The building’s private, sparkling clean saline pool has an abundance of comfortable lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing.

The white sand of Carolina Beach is a short walk away, just across the quiet street. Beach visits are mess-free: everything you need can be stored in the closet, and the outdoor shower keeps the sand downstairs. Each unit has a locked closet in the parking structure, so take advantage of the beach chairs and toys available for your use; no stairs required! Great location and amazing views of both the ocean and the bay! The unit was clean but could use some general maintenance (wall paint and popcorn ceiling were peeling, outdoor chairs were wobbly) and updating including new linens and towels. No issues with communication or check in.

The location of this property is ideal. You’ve got the beach view on one side and the inter coastal waterway and marina on the other. The views are beautiful, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The balconies on the front and back are spacious and private, which is nice. The host is quick to respond to anything - always appreciated! We would stay here again.

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach, and staying at this property made the entire trip so perfect. It’s clean, has beautiful views of the water and is only a two minute walk to the beach. Jill is a wonderful host. Communication was great before, during and after, and she answered any questions we had very quickly. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The views from this property are as advertised and unbeatable. You can stand on the front deck with your coffee or glass of wine and watch the waves of the ocean and then move to the back deck to see a spectacular sunset. The communication was excellent!! The welcome basket made me smile as soon as I walked in and the property had everything we needed. We had a great time!

Everything was great. The host even added a nice personal Easter touch for my daughter which was special. If I had to critique anything it would be that the beds could use a mattress pad or something to soften the beds cuz they are a little stiff but that's the only thing and it didn't hinder our stay. Great place, great host and great view

This condo was an excellent choice for a weekend trip for four girls celebrating a birthday. The host was very accommodating, quick to respond, answered all my questions, and provided little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. The condo was spotless. The views on the ocean and sound side were fabulous. Quick walk to the beach access. Having access to their storage closet was an extra bonus being able to use some items for the beach. Very close to a mini mart to get coffee/food. We even got to enjoy the very cold pool. Highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying here again.

Why they chose this property

We have family in Wilmington and decided it was easier to buy a place in Carolina Beach than to keep renting! We love the quiet pace there.

What makes this property unique

Love the sun and moon rises over the ocean and the sunsets over the canal. Love watching and listening to the waves and being close enough to run, walk or sit on the beach when ever we want. Especially love the warm Atlantic as opposed to freezing Pacific ocean!
