Our 2-bedroom apartment just a 5 minute drive from Playa Hermosa offers everything one might need for a long-term or short-term stay. This apartment is one of four apartments on a 5000 sqm private property on a private street. The beach Playa Hermosa is just a 5 minute drive, whereas Jaco is only 15 minutes, where you find all things might needed. The parking is located right outside the apartments in a safe area, since the property has a gate, where only tenants and guests can enter. We have several options for delivery and a walking distance store as well. Our 500 mbps WiFi also works great for Digital Natives, since all kinds of calls or any programm requiring good internet works fast and well. The apartment has two ACs, one in the masterbedroom and one in the livingroom, to ensure a cool feel all day. The half-bathroom also has a washer and spinner, whereas there is also a washing machine and dryer on the property for bigger wash loads *for an additional cost. The big rancho right outside offers a great space to enjoy sunrise or sunset or simply a nice afternoon grilling or having a drink. Our small pool offers a nice cool-down on a hot day, where you can sit in the cool water and enjoy the mountain view all around, parrots, tucans and monkeys that visit everyday and love to have some bananas. The apartment offers two parking spots as well. They are located on the top, offering a great view from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 12cu fridge and a table seating 4 people. The apartment has hot water for the shower as well.
