It is located in The Woods Resort, a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, a restaurant and pub, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area, and the pub food is pretty great too.

Please note:
Our property consists of two separate rental cabins, and this listing is for one of them. While the main driveway is shared, each cabin is completely private, featuring its own entrance, deck, gas grill, and fire pit for your exclusive use.
Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close we are to Berkeley Springs, a 20 minute drive from the cabin and is great for so many reasons. The town of Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US, with dozens of shops and restaurants, and even a brewery and winery!

1. The Woods Golf Course (distance from house - a short walk): Renowned for “fun and fair” golf, the 18-hole championship Mountain View course is perfect for low handicappers and the Stony Lick mid-length course for the rest of us!

2. The Tomahawk Race Track (distance from house - 10 mins): A well-known dirt track primarily used for motocross and off-road racing. The track hosts a variety of events, including local and regional motocross races, and has a reputation for its challenging layout and diverse terrain.

3. Spring Valley Farmers Market (distance from house - 15 minutes): Stock up on local produce and baked goods

4. Black Draft Farm & Distillery (distance from house - 20 minutes): Near the farmers market, and the perfect spot for a drink!

5. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 25 minutes): Known for its natural mineral springs and spa services, it's a lovely spot for relaxation.
