The apartment is brilliantly connected. The South Williamsburg ferry is located at the bottom of the building and goes directly to East 34th St ferry stop, just 10 minutes away from the UN. The apartment is also 10 minutes walk from the J train and 15 minutes from the L train. Williamsburg is a fantastic area full of good restaurants, bars, shopping and waterfront parks.
