This bright, spacious and beachy vacation home is located in Bonnet Shores - only a 15 minute walk to Kelly Beach or a quick bike ride! Upon entering you are greeted into an open living space with kitchen, living room and dining area. Large windows and glass sliders allow for great sunlight and views of Wesquage Pond. Off the living area is a deck with a gas grill - perfect for lounging and enjoying those beautiful summer nights. There is an additional living room on the first level with TV and walk-out access to the front yard. Each bedroom is spacious with enough closet and drawer space for your personal belongings. Three of the bedrooms have a mini-split to keep cool and the fourth bedroom (on the first level) has a a/c window unit. There is also a mini split unit in the main living area on the second level. Rinse off and relax in the outdoor shower after a sun-kissed day at the beach. Plenty of space to partake in summer yard games or sunbathing. Owner provides 8 bicycles (combination of adult and children) and a Kelly Beach tag!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
