Updated, bright and beachy contemporary home in Bonnet Shores with air conditioning.
The first level features a newly renovated, open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with cathedral ceilings. The deck , grill, and yard are easily accessible via sliding doors. There are also two bedrooms and full hall bathroom on this main level. Stairs from the first floor bring you to the very spacious master suite and renovated, ensuite bathroom. The lower level offers versatility for additional sleeping accommodations, or can be used as a second living room or game room. The main and upper floor are cooled by ductless mini splits. One well behaved dog per group (under 25 lbs.) may be allowed only with prior approval of property manager/owner.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
