Perfect location for a beach vacation. Everything was available to make things easy and enjoyable. Pool in the back yard. Steps to the beach. Thank you for letting us use your lovely condo!

We stay in Gulf Highlands every year. We love the sense of security from a gated community and being right on Front Beach Rd it’s a short walk to the private beach entrance. Jay and Mindy’s place was very nice, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our beach visit. They communicated well with us and booking and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Thank y’all from the Spears family. We’ll be back.

We loved this townhouse. It was perfect. Close to the beach. We loved the pool on the beach. It was really nice to have since one of the days we couldn't get in water due to the riptide warning. We had plenty of room for our group. The beds are firm. I like a bit softer bed but that is a preference. I would absolutely book again. It was close to grocery stores and resturants. The only thing I wish was different is that they do not provide beach towels. Not a big deal if you are driving in but we flew. So packing a beach towel for everyone took extra space in our luggage. They fully disclosed they do not provide beach towels. I saw listed on alot of rentals from this area. Maybe that's a thing down here. Aside from that this place was fantastic. Clean, safe, great location. It really feels like a home not just a rental. Honestly 10/10.
