Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit!!! If this rule is violated, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.
Do not bring trash from outside of Bennettscape! If you put trash from elsewhere into outside trash bins, you will be charged cleaning fee of $50.

Great little studio, perfect for 2 people and close to the park. Very clean with a hot shower and cold AC. Nice little details too, like a shelf in the bathroom over the sink to set things, plush towels, and fluffy pillows. We had a really nice stay in a peaceful spot.

The perfect end to our wedding weekend! Everything was spotless and the self check in was so convenient for our busy schedules. The apartment was stock full of necessities and made for such a relaxing morning. The property was also absolutely beautiful and had many features that would be perfect for a day with nice weather. Great Secluded Country Stay

The property manager was very quick with the reservation processing and communication responses. I had business to attend to in Lebanon, MO that is only 15 minutes away. I just needed a place to rest my head and this place served that very well. Very clean and cozy accommodations in the middle of the woods. Personal cell phone service, the room internet and tv streaming service was excellent. Comfy bed, plenty of clean hot water and water pressure added to my stay. Five minutes away from Bennet Springs National Park that hosts trout fishing, great scenery and a delightful restaurant. Whether you’re looking for a vacation stay or a quick in and out visit, this rental fits the need perfectly.
