This is an incredible property. It is clean, spacious both inside and out, and the attention to details does not go unnoticed. Ty had great communication throughout our stay and it is obvious he takes pride in his property. We will be staying again when we return to Bennett.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding the flies, we take cleanliness seriously and always ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. Given the rural location, some flies can be expected, especially if doors or windows are left open. As for the construction, I did let you know ahead of time, and you responded that it wouldn't be an issue since you'd be out for most of the day. The crew started at 9 AM and wrapped up by 1 PM. You returned around 12:30, so any disruption would have been minimal. We appreciate all feedback and are always working to improve the guest experience.

My family and I used this property to host a small anniversary party for my parents. Most of us live locally but we did have a few come in from out of town so they had a place to stay. The property had most everything we needed. The hot tub needed maintenance so unfortunately we were not able to use it. The downstairs bathroom didn’t have a mirror, not ideal for fixing your hair and we couldn’t find a hair dryer. Would have been nice to have nightstands on both sides of beds to charge phones.

For future reference, if there ever is an issue with a hot tub or other amenity please reach out to your host when you notice. Had I known before your departure, I would have had the issue fixed in just a few hours. Hope to see you in the future!

The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked outside two nights and used the picnic table to eat. In the evening we made a fire and relaxed outside. It was perfect. The kids loved the pool table for a fun game and were able to get outside and play in the yard. There was plenty of room to spread out when needed but a good size gathering spots to hang out and make memories. If we ever are around the area again we will definitely try to book this house again.
