Amazing penthouse condominium in paradise

Portobello Grand Marina Condominiums is located in Puerto Aventuras, gated private town 45 min. south of Cancun Airport. It is 10 min. from Playa Del Carmen and 30 min from Tulum.
It's in a great location surrounded with cenotes, great beaches, golf coarse, Mayan ruins, zip lines and adventure/nature parks as well as shopping and night life. There's swim with dolphins, sports fishing, catamaran trips, diving, kite boarding right in town or within few miles. There are great cafes, restaurants and amazing people in town that will make you feel right at home. It is a very cosmopolitan town with people from all over the world.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse is very comfortable for a big family as well as romantic get away. The top floor is full master bedroom with a private terrace and a huge bed. On the lower level there are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed with private bathroom and balcony the other has 2 full beds that can sleep 4. Lower floor has a full kitchen, dining room and large living room with a "L" shape sleeper sofa. Big terrace with hot tub, sun beds and large table makes a comfortable space for outdoor living. The glider doors open fully and the whole space becomes one with the outdoors. TV with american channels and a stereo is available. The house is cleaned and towels changed 6 times a week.

Perfect place!

Overall great stay, Bed upstairs makes allot of noise and needs a new matrass. Could have a few more essentials, like a few condiments and shopping bags for guests

Beautiful Condo!

Loved our stay at Portobello Grand Marina. This condo is now one of our favorites in Puerto Adventuras. Spacious, beautiful views, daily cleaning service and laundry service was also available if needed. Owner and staff were all very helpful and efficient. Short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, beach and our favorite gelato spot. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed the 2 balconies, and enjoyed reading and eating while watching the boats. Restaurants are an easy walk away, and the location was very easy to access Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and local sites.

Amazing!!

We were a group of eight people and we were all very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, it is very close to the entrance of Puerto Aventures and it has an oxxo that you can walk to, it has a view of the incredible lagoon where you see the boats coming and going. you have access to the public beach just a few steps away. All rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and housekeeping service is included.

Great Stay!

Had a great time and the place was exactly as advertised! Extremely clean and made my family's time extremely enjoyable. The view of the marina is great and the surrounding restaurants and entertainment makes it easy to plan dinners//night plans. Definitely recommend staying here! Aynur was also very helpful with any questions that we had and would response immediately.

Beautiful place and a lovely owner!

Our stay at this penthouse condo was outstanding!!! The owner was just lovely - very communicative and super helpful with regards to giving local information and tips that were perfect and very helpful! It's obvious she loves the area and with good reason! The condo itself is gorgeous, with a well equipped kitchen, 6 days a week maid service, two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom and the other with two double sized beds and ensuite bathroom. The master is upstairs and beautiful! A very comfortable king sized bed, lots of closet space and a lovely ensuite bathroom vanity space with separate toilet and shower room. All bedrooms have their own balcony too! There's also a lovely dining/living area with a TV (but who needs that in paradise!) that has two 3 panel sliding glass doors that open up to a huge veranda balcony overlooking the marina and one of two very clean swimming pools on the property. We often turned the aircon off and opened up both sliding patio doors. It felt like we were living outside! Practically no bugs, and there's also a lovely jacuzzi tub on the veranda as well. The entire place was spotless...super clean and very quiet, yet close to everything in a very safe, gated community with tight security getting in and out of the community. We walked everywhere except when we left Puerto Aventuras to drive the 25 minute drive to Tulum, which was well worth it! I would highly recommend paying for a guided tour of the Tulum Ruins and then staying awhile at the Tulum beach, which is the #1 rated beach in the world by many. It was Christmas/New Year's, so was a bit busy, but still absolutely worth it. There are so many lovely restaurants and shops in PA and you have access to the beach via the Omni Hotel, less than a 5 minute walk away. Our boys also got open water dive certified at Dive Aventuras which is right in the Omni and I'd highly recommend them as a PADI dive center. All in all, a great place to just relax and enjoy the beauty of the Riviera Maya, away from the busy crowds of Cancun. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful holiday in your home, Aynur! The location is great. It is secluded from the tourist hustle and bustle but only 10 min s away if you want to be in the middle of Playa Del Carmen's shopping and nightlife. It is close to everything....

What makes this property unique

It is like living in a hotel with comforts of your home. Everyday when you come from the beach the house is clean and you can relax. Either enjoy a meal at home or walk to town to variety of restaurants...
