Great location, love OOB! Steps to beach and pier, safe quiet neighborhood, short drive to lots of great stops. The house is clean and comfy, great little yard and fire pit. Love the sun porch for reading and relaxing. Host was very responsive. I stayed with husband and two 15 year old girls and we all loved the house and our stay. Would highly recommended!!

Was a very nice stay. My only complaints were that under the couch was gross and that was not the owners fault as they don’t clean it but the host was very nice got back to us very quick. Host was all together just great. The house was very close to the beach and the neighbors were very nice and quiet. I would definitely rate this place a 5 if it wasn’t for some spots I noticed that needed a little bit more cleaning.

Walkable

Great location- host was responsive- completely walkable to town- Walgreens and a food store are also walkable. The property had 2 decent sized bedrooms and were set up in a way that u didn’t hear the people still awake in the living room. Small back & front yard were greta for my son to roam while he waited for the grown ups:)Neighbor hood was quiet and mostly well kept. We’d rent the same home again!!

This house was perfect for our family of 3. Our toddler got a ton of playtime in the backyard while we relaxed on the deck. Clean, safe. Would definitely stay hete again. One thing though, everything was great, except the lawn in the front and back had not been mowed. So the grass was tall out front and starting to overgrow in the back. Outside of that, 5 stars.

This cottage is just adorable! We had such a great stay with our family. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. It was super clean and organized. Beds were all comfortable and the ac was a bonus as it was hot. Having laundry in a rental is awesome too! Close enough to the main strip and pier we could walk down to the beach. Lindsae was super responsive before during and after our stay and that was so greatly appreciated! She’s a SUPER Host! Thanks again! We will be back next summer.

Great stay at OOB

We had a wonderful stay at Old Orchard Beach! The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the Pier and beach, which made it super convenient, but still far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of a tucked-away neighborhood. It was close to everything we needed, yet offered a nice sense of privacy.The home itself was the perfect size for our family of four. One of our favorite features was the fire pit in the yard.Communication with our host, Lindsae, was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.We’d absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located stay in Old Orchard Beach!
